I can't tell you how much I am enjoying this French series. It really feels like I'm vacationing there myself. I'm finding both inspiration and relaxation in them. Thank you so much for sharing! ❤
I love French pastry ..Its the best of the best ! i been to London , Italy but no places have the best pastry like Paris ....4 Years ago , i was in Paris ..I go to pastry shop every morning and buy barget each day...I just LOVE it. Where i used to live and grow up in Asia Vietnam , used to belong to French colonies, so i am so familiar with all the French stuff. If anyone has never been to Paris ...You MUST go there and see it. The best of the best pastry......No one else have it.
Je n'ai pas noté une seule faute de goût. Commencer une journée avec ce genre de petit-déjeuner, idéalement en terrasse au soleil du matin, c'est s'approcher du paradis.
Love Beth’s giggle after every section. She’s so sweet. And loving this series. Visited France for 3 weeks during my honeymoon 5 years ago and have been wanting to move there ever since.
Honestly I love your style Beth, you are so inclusive and describe everything you have, you really are a natural at it. My mouth is watering and my tastebuds are dancing. I love France and all of that delicious food. Thank you for bringing it all to life for me. You are awesome. I hope you and your family are keeping safe and well. Love from England. XXX
Raisin Haters!!😂 I thought you were talking about me, but I still would try one of those. Wow thank you for taking is through the streets of France! One day I’ll get there. 🤞
Beth you always bring me JOY! to watch. You make everything look beautiful and effortless. Your home in France stunning and so clean and organize to the nine. The French bakery, the breads and dessert true haven. Always been my life dream to to visit or live in France. Thank you! for bringing the dream to life. I know there are angels on earth, and you are one.
How interesting about the milk - and yes, I thought “bleach bottle” too!! So enjoying your travels - I feel like I am on a vacation!! Thanks for sharing Beth.
I can see myself watching this video over and over again!! I can hardly wait to visit this little town! Thanks so much for sharing this! Exactly what my soul needed.
No, don't worry, you would not 🙂 For a simple reason : if you lived here, you would know that you could enjoy pastries whenever you want. So you would not rush to pastries, knowing you would not miss them 🙂 As a French, I buy pastry once a week, not more (even less). No need. Tomorrow, in one week, one month, the pastries will still be there 😉
❤️ your life in 🇫🇷 and videos. Miss it so much. Thanks 🙏🏻 for sharing the culture and helpful day to day lifestyle. Keep posting 🙏🏻🇫🇷 Vivez la vie pleinement...❤️
Splendid. Just splendid. I love the selection of morning breads/pastries. A nice mixed green salad would go well with this, along with yogurts. You have such an eye for easy arrangements, fabrics, floral pieces and tableware! It would be a pleasure to be a guest in such a home. Thank you for sharing this.
Beth, vous êtes l’amie que tout le monde voudrait avoir. Adorable, simple et gentille. Vous sublimez le petit déjeuner français avec votre goût et vos idées. Vos vidéos sont charmantes à regarder.
Oh Beth ! Soooooo delicious ! Beautiful presentation 👍❤️ Love your videos so much and enjoy your passion! Looking forward to the next one👏👏👏👏👏👏👏❤️ Avoir😀
With a Korean family, I doubt I'll be hosting a French-style breakfast anytime soon but I absolutely loved this video! There is something so whimsical about visiting a local bakery for pastries and picking up some jams along the way, passing by old church buildings and other little shops. I feel like I'm traveling through your vlogs! Thank you, Beth, for another great video from France! I'm loving this series haha
I loveee the bakery shop! Look at all the delicious pastries and breads!! I am definitely showing my husband....hopefully we can go to vacation there!!! Enjoy!!
Oh! I miss France. I traveled there many many times and stayed long term in Paris once and in the countryside near Limoges. I am enjoying your videos but it is bittersweet. My mobility at 72 is not great. I am not sure if I will travel again. I was lucky to have had a trip to London and Paris in the Fall of 2019 before covid. Your breakfast looks delicious. I also saw your summer dinner party. It looked delightful. All of my friends were French, just did not meet expats. I would never have had the nerve to host a party. I cooked for my friend and some of his family but not a real dinner party. We often met others to go out for meals in Paris. I love brocantes and bought a great chair and lots of wonderful dishes, glassware and linens for my rental apartment. I still have many treasures from France now in my Florida house. Continue to enjoy your wonderful house and life in France. I will be watching.
Aww thanks Glenda! I already miss it too! Especially that cute little kitchen :) Can't wait to get back there this summer and will surely be sharing some more videos too! Until then :)
Bonjour Beth ! Je suis vos vidéos depuis presque 8 ans, et celle-ci rend hommage aux petits-déjeuners à la française de façon tellement juste, c'est un bonheur à regarder ! Et toujours les petits détails chic, j'adore ! Merci
Your home is lovely Beth and I so want to visit France one day. Your French breakfast is right up my street because I have the biggest sweet tooth and I love bread with butter or jam. My family is German and my mom always had bread with jam or pastry for breakfast. We always had a light breakfast and my mom made our main meal for lunch and then dinner was lighter again. She said this was the European way. Anyway, I could have eaten that Brioche loaf all by myself. I just found your channel and I'm really enjoying it.
Aww what a lovely memory! And yes your Mom is right! The French eat that way too :) The Brioche is seriously to die for and lathered with the salty butter and jam, it's worth every calorie! LOL!
What a nice podcast you’re having today, bread, French bread, patisserie, lovely view thank you for sharing with the world this morning, I am good read🥰🐝🐝🐝
A slightly unusual petit dejeuner, but I love buying fresh goat cheese/ local cheese at the market, and eating it on baguette with coeur de boeuf tomato, basil and a some good quality olive oil... Delicious and screams vacation to me ;)! I am sure you have already had this in France, but a nice spice to buy at the epicerie is piment d'Espelette, which is a lovely mild chili. Such a lovely series Beth, I am really enjoying it! Hope you have a wonderful summer!
Want the recipe for french breakfast i never had french food and breakfast before cant wait to make your recipes for me perfect for my after office meals love your recipes making me hungry Thanks Ramya
Beth, I love your new french series and how you show us the streets, the shops, the real life in France, it is like a mini reality show, like it so much :)
OMG…. delicious.. I am polish but God help me how much I love crunchy bread…and salty butter … Thank you for great presentation 😍 I adore watching your chanel ♥️😘👍🏻
I am seriously salivating. Anyone who doesn't like pain aux raisin, have no idea what they're missing. I grew up with these foods so I know what you're talking about. How I long for those days again. Thanks for sharing Beth, I get nostalgic just looking and remembering. You never know what you have until it's no longer freely available. Merci encore!!
Loving everything about this series! I feel like I’m on vacation! I ended up picking up a roasted chicken and potatoes for dinner after watching the last video. And this morning, after watching the video yesterday, I made mini baguettes and pain au chocolate for breakfast (from Trader Joe’s) this morning.
I really like your content Madam! bravo. I'm Algerian and our country is mostly influenced by the French culture so we basically have a French breakfast everyday . well, I used to hate vintage style but now, I would definitely go for it as a theme of my house! you're classy, humble and very energetic. Keep going!
My very favorite is the croissant aux amandes, but it is not always available. Chaussons aux pommes or pains aux raisins are my go to plan B! Loving seeing my country through “foreigner” ‘s eyes. There is nothing like the smell of toasted baguette in the morning.
We all are on vacation with you Beth, and I must say you’re a very informative guide,I am not a big chocolate lover, but I am not saying no to a chocolate croissant.☺️☺️💜
You're killing me with this wonderful bakery with rolls, breads and the desserts look delicious. The town you moved in to have so much to offer, shops, butchers and bakeries. I see you know your way around and know how to speak French. Wonderful life you are living. If I lived there, my sugar level would hit the roof, oh boy, who can not eat these delicious treats.
Je viens de mettre des croissants au four parce que votre vidéo me donnais trop envie! Je suis du Québec mais, j'adore la façon rafinée de s'alimenter en Europe. Quel plsisir de découvrir la France avec vous. Merci! Votre robe est très jolie. // I just put croissants in the oven because your video made me want so much! Good morning Beth. LOVED LOVED your tour of the City for breakfast and the little shops. You passed by a few too quickly, would be fun to visit some of those small shops another time? . It really makes me want to visit. I prefer small towns where you can walk to everything. The peace and tranquility (well except for the seagulls) hahaha.. Your explanations were spot on. Your excitement is contagious. I love to see your garden and outdoor table too! The new furniture is lovely The dishes and table linens are sweet (saw your previous video when you were gifted many of those items). Can’t wait to see your basket wall at the entrance of your home hanging on the wall. Will definitely try setting up a breakfast table and will definitely need to have a list of items/ingredients…. Placing the coffee press on the table is perfect.. that butter! Yum! Looking forward to your next video. Thanks again! Be well. Teresa
Hi Beth!! Thank you for the TOUR of the bakery and the preparation for petit-déjeuner....you are making it harder for me not to hop on a plane and enjoy your wonderful Maison Coli. You are a breath of fresh air and THANK YOU for sharing all of the beautiful accoutrements in your home. À bientôt...

I find dark raisins burn and turn bitter much more quickly than the golden ones.

I’m Puerto Rican and we also do the bread dipping thing lol. I always think about the crumbs in the coffee
I am from Spain, and my grandparents in the north of Spain used to tear the day-old bread in pieces, fill their bowls, and pour the coffee on them.
