Its a real shame that we haven't done significant progress on this topic. Something like this should have been studied and researched atleast a couple of decades ago.

Actually it has..but mainstream medical fraternity and scientists were hooked into the genetic cause theory. Read ‘ Tripping over the Truth’ ..fascinating in-depth history of cancer cures and how the knowledge that cancers feed in glucose only with low oxygen was overlooked. The cures that have worked much better …fasting, restricted keto and hyperbaric oxygen have had remarkable success.

My wife was diagnosed recently with Glioblastoma. Her oncologist said that people who are practising Ketogenic diets are people who are unhappy.
Imagine how the level of the doctors in the UK is.

I was eating carnivore for 4 months and lost 45 lbs of body fat (gaining 5 lbs of muscle). Subsequently during my first chemo for an endometrial tumor in my colon, I had no nausea, vomiting, fatigue, or bowel issues. Still on carnivore, I was able to maintain nutritional ketosis in spite of the fact I was on steroids for 3 days. My glucose only rose to 141 for 1 day.

I hear that phrase all the time. We are following the data. Let's think about this, the data has been followed for more than 50 years. Yet cancer is no where near being throttled. All the white coated scientists cant seem to bring down death from cancer. Both my parents are very little meat. Both were normal weight. Two different types of cancer. Bowel cancer and pancreatic cancer. Both born in the thirties smokers as well.
Both died young my father was 52.
The last two years of their lives they were cut to shreds. Had no quality of life. If someone offered to mutilate your parent with little or no evidence that this is any better against dietary interventions and stress reductions. You would chase them.
So I would say prevention is the cure. Fasting has been practiced for years.
It is not invasive. Keto is a tool that seems to improve metabolism.
It's better than what we are offered now.😎

Absolutely..read ‘Tripping over the truth’ ..history of cancer cures and how fasting, restricted keto diet, exogenous ketones, hyperbaric oxygen cures cancer ..it’s been known for years but the lack of funding and belief has led to it not being promoted and the very poor outcomes from conventional treatment.

According to an interview I watched with Thomas Seyfried, there are two things needed to go after cancer. Keto diet and a major reduction in glutamine. So this might indicate why just keto doesn't help certain cancers. The treatment he likes to help people with is called DON. I am not sure what the acronym means. It might be wonderful for you to do an interview with Dr. Seyfried.

He is not a quack Seyfried I mean . You seem very knowledgeable what are your credentials?
Let me see would I prefer to be zapped cut or poisoned to shrink a tumour. Or perhaps try to prevent a tumour becoming a beastie by trying keto. I think I will go for the latter even to start with.😘

@@kaydenl6836 Yes, you may be right but it seems to accelerate its growth once initiated and increase metastases and angiogenesis, also is a huge burden on the kidneys longterm, ketogenic diet isnt a cure for cancer but it does limit IGF1/HGH from dietary sources via keeping protein to about 10% and not adding the other sources of IGF1 surges for example high glycaemic junk and soy isolate powder for example, meat on its own, lets say Carnivore diet Im not sure seeing as there have been no studies done but I would assume those who eat lots of meat in their diet are kind of playing russian roulette, syre you can get away with it in your 20's 30's 40's but then the body starts making mistakes an this is when cancer initiation is always happening, this is the time to beef up the immune system as it has a hard job keeping up with cancers in their early stages before they are actual cancers I mean, you dont want growth hormones (dietary) surging or cancer fertilizer, better to get HGH via fasting and exercise.
A normal SAD or even bodybuilder or athletes diet stimulates dietary growth hormones surges.via high animal protein and high glycaemic carbs (Chicken and rice for example) The focus is not on DNA repair and protection, the focus is on growth, performance etc, meat has its place and could even be healing if cycled maybe, I dont know.
