Why does the standard American diet recommend only 20-30% of your diet be fat? I would like to consume more fats in my diet and less carbs but am just nervous of the impacts on my health. From what it seems with the keto diet you are consuming hundreds of grams of fats (assuming mostly unsaturated fats) and there is no problem. Should I be concerned or will it be okay to up my fat intake? Does it matter if it is saturated fat or unsaturated fats ? Thank you!
You spoke about the benefits of the diet but did not give food eating examples to follow or try and what is good to eat and not good to eat. You were far too technical in explaining the benefits and not explanatory on what foods are specifically used to get to a Ketogenic state. So i still don't know what to eat???
The most qualified person on the internet to speak about The Keto diet and ketones
Yes, on the basic physiology, but not necessarily on nutrition. You have to include people who react to certain foods that create histamine responses.
Great info and guest, thanks! Details of “keto” and its history are too often left out
*Thank you for the valuable guidance!*
Such a great talk
Where is the full interview please?

You would have to not talk to Rhonda Patrick, that is the first correct step.
Does the keto diet help with “provoked” seizures?
Thank you ❤😊
200g of protein is a crazy high amount of protein. I would have like to see a specific meal plan for this diet.
