Insightful presentation. No mainstream journals will publish due to their conflicts with big food and big pharma. There is no money in a dietary intervention. This is infuriating that people who can be treated and possibly cured are not given this information. Thank you for speaking!

Thank you Dr Zsofia! I’ve done several consultations with you and as long as I follow the PKD my cancer doesn’t progress. I was persuaded to think I was in remission a few years ago and started adding some plant foods back to my diet, and then I saw it progress. Back on your plan again and the progression stopped. I’m so grateful for you and your teachings! Keep up your awesome work!!! ❤

You eat no herbs or spices, organ meats a few times a week all organs is preferable but have liver and brain each once I think bone marrow and brain are interchangeable. You should have 35 grams of fat at least per ever 100 grams of meat depending on the fat content of the meat. It's just animal foods for a while no coffee or tea. Separate water from meals eat relatively small meals easily digestible. I think that's everything.

You should eat meat , fat and organs of four legged animals. The best will be cow, buffalo, sheep. No pigs, no poultry, no eggs. Meat should be grass fed.
400-450g of raw food per day! Not more than this.
500g of liver per week, 200-250g of brain or bone marrow per week.
Eat two times a day. Add 30g of fat per every 100g of meat. Fat is obligatory! If you eat fatty meat there is no need to add fat. Drink only water. That's all. As siplem as said but not that easy in reality. Good luck everyone!

      1. Helped me find my poison. Mine actually wasn't just a food issue.
      2. Got a long list of symptoms either completely gone or working in thar direction. I was so sick I didn't know everything that were symptoms of my illness.
      3. Learned how to fix myself . Even now, I sometimes eat or do something I come to regret. Now, I can fix the issues myself.
      I hope that helped.

But what if ones cancer lymphomas heavily relies on glutamine as much as glucose.
Is there anything one can take to inhibit the glutamine pathway.
Ive been advised of DON but with such a low weight already worried about losing further weight.
Im losing weight despite following this diet. I have meat eggs and and either cauliflower or brocolli. Occasional salad with Cucumber.
Have high histamine levels and very high calprotectin levels too.
I suffered with colostridium difficile x7/8 last year post chemotherapy and since bowels have not been the same so much so everything causes me flare up and only can hsve 1 meal every 18+ hours. If i attenpt to eat sligjtly extra or if something triggers it i have to go 7-8 days without food or even water. Even when bowels are settled i can only have water or food with bentonite clay/psyllium husk however have had to let go of psyllium husk as worsening the neck arteries- which maybe compramised.
Ive been taking ION gut for gut permeability, colostrum and probiotics but struggling with this now as the probiotics i take are tea version and i think fermented..
My cortisol levels are extremely extremely high. 200 points higher than the dangerously high leveks (should be 300 and im 500+) as well as my ESR levels
Igf1 cactor is ok probably because i barely eat
Ketones in blood test were 50mg/dl
My calcium levels are low as are my potassium albumin , magnesium, phosphate potassium.
My ldl for heart is high but liver ldl ok. Basically blood work is all over the show
Id appreciate any and all advice and worried about high glutmaine foods due to the nsture of previous aggressive cancer

    • @btudrus
      @btudrus 7 месяцев назад

the problem with chemo and radio is that it selects more aggresive cancer cells and kills the more benign ones. it can work only if it totally eliminates the whole cancer. if not, it will make the cancer more aggressive and resistant to future treatment.
(but i'm not telling you not to do chemo&radio, don't understand me wrong. it is a difficult situation but the current standard treatment, sadly, is not working long term - exactly because it is an evolutionary selection pressure on the cancer to become more aggresive / treatment-resistant....)

Look up Thomas Seyfried and listen to some videos where he is being interviewed. He promotes keeping GKI (glucose/ketones) at 2 or below and taking drugs to reduce glutamine intermittently. Also look up Pablo Kelly and Andrew Scarborough. If you are having these interventions (chemo and radiation which is not recommended by Seyfried, it will help you very much to fast day before and day after. Fasting makes cancer cells more prone to attack than your normal cells. Good luck

@@kathya1956 "So far it’s not a cure, just maintenance."
      That is a gross missunderstanding.
If the cancer cells normalize (no more rapid growth, no more metastazes) you ACTUALLY healed the cancer.
Of course, if you start eating what has caused the cancer in the first place (sugar, plant toxins like oxalates) you are in danger that it will grow again.
There is a good evidence that meat has substances such as taurine or carnosine which do exactly that: stabilize cancer cells.
Trying the to "kill" the cancer cells is a way to hell as it only makes the cancer more aggressive....
