Hey Parker, I bought your template and made a few adjustments to it. I made it just a touch larger. I put a card pocket on each side of the wallet, and it is large enough to hold a little folded cash in the center. I watch your videos pretty much every day ! Lol You have inspired me so much as a beginner leather crafter. Your a good dude Parker !
As always great video! Got a question about the Aquilim 315 Water-based Contact Adhesive that you use. Has this adhesive replace all others for bonding your leather layers before stitching? Is there a setup time? What squeeze bottle are you using? Does this adhesive allow you for example to go into the card pockets and unstick any glue inside the pockets with a bone folder after the wallet is finished? My concern is if this adhesive is "super" strong and fast drying one might have to be extra careful not to glue inside the stitch line. Thanks
Hey Parker, Did you ever switch from Barge to a water based glue ? Just curious which one you prefer ? Thanks, Cory Keep up the awesome work man ! You rock !
And yes I still have it. It's a medium weight machine. I use it mostly for bags. I do wallets on my juki 1508 and heavy weight stuff like holsters and sheaths on a cobra class 3
@@whitandpark I really appreciate the reply! I’ve been using barge cement to glue like shoes but the fumes & having to use a respirator mask is tiring. I was wondering if the aquilim can do the same gist as barge? Also was thinking seiwa adhesive Thanks! I just got a tech sew 2600 pro thanks to you & Ryan but have been thinking of a juki 1508 for cardholders!
Not sure if this was meant to be an insult to me? either way, i'm familiar with Hans and craftsman gus and you're right, they're awesome. You should tell them
@@whitandpark definitely not an insult amigo, I watch you for veg tan, Hans for purses and craftman Gus for all other stuff. Keep the content coming bro good stuff!
I get my dies made from ttp://www.nationaldienyc.com/ . Sorry Jeff I can't find any emails under your name. What email did you send it from? Or possibly send it again?
No one should have to buy a pattern for a minimalist wallet ever. These are so simple, it's unnecessary. I hope I never see another video on youtube for one again.

Good video, thanks Parker. Question, where do you come up with pattern numbers?
Thanks Mike! It’s just my own numbering system to keep track of our different designs. Nothing fancy 👍🏻
