It's just T slots and a backing piece, not really something you need a pattern for is it? Go watch their pattern making video, it's pretty straight forward :)
The first few second are as good as a video can be, with the rapid swooshing. Also as an aside, I enjoy the complete rejection of the current trend to make your face and persona the key element! Great video.
Just stumbled across your videos and u inspired me. Instead of going off to buy a wallet for myself, i am going to start learning to make one at home to fit my liking. Gonna support u!
It's skivving, basically so when you have the final product, you will have many pieces of leather stacked together, without skivving it, it becomes very thick, this just makes it so even when the leather is stacked onto each other it's still a reasonable thickness at the end.

What are your tips/tricks on punching your stitch lines? Do you always punch the lines going towards you? I want my lines and sewing to look professional!

That’s a cool design. Lots of “bang for your buck”? It’s like getting a great loft in a tiny home. 🤣🤪 you guys ( and gal 😉) always produce the greatest videos with awesome content.
Nice video! Fellow leather artist, can you help me? I've been working on making 6 slots card like in this video. But everytine i fill all 6 slot with cards, it ended up buldging and bending the cards. I tried resizing making it larger, or making the leather thinner, but it's still bending the cards inside. Any tips for me? Really appreciated, thank you!
The simplest thing is to grind the skin with a Japanese knife with a beveled plane up, but this ... WRONG !!! You need to start by putting the beveled plane of the knife on the skin, only in this position the knife is under complete control and is able to correctly cut a thin layer of skin ... I apologize for my English, I translate through Google.
You passed the cut of the skin at the beginning of the video very quickly. Don't do this again. We, as your audience, want to watch everything you do and every stage in a medium speed video. That's why we are here.
Exquisite videos. I agree - do one thing and do it well. -but I wonder: don’t you ever get bored or do you meditate while working. It would be interesting to hear your thoughts.
I really enjoy this channel. No annoying music. No $300 pricking irons. Just good honest craftsmanship.
Love it! Could you guys please add the pattern in your store? I'd love to have a go.

i bet these smell amazingly. I love leather smell.
I'm sure they do! Working in a leather workshop for so long we can't smell it anymore, very weird phenomenon haha
I think that might be the adhesive

You both have really nailed a "Corter" style. I think I could pick them out from a hundred others. The workmanship is second to none. Really nice!

So clean and pretty! 🤩
Hi quick question, why do you thin out the edges shown at 1:22? I'm just getting started in leather and it's just a part I don't understand. Thanks 😁

This is a goal for my first wallet.
I'm adding to the calls for the pattern!

Very nice.
Beautiful! Is that ritza thread?
I wouldn't think so since he waxed it. Ritza is pretty waxed already.

Bevel down? I should try this out.
I'v never done it like this - will try it out!
I make mine w fish leather. I am not sure why you do not consider it minimalist design. It is....I think!
Could I request you to make a wallet for me?
👍🏻
Вставишь карточки во все карманы и купюры из среднего отдела будет трудно доставать.
Make a belt
But why is this not minimalist?
All that for a piece of junk with no real use
:)
