How to Make a Leather Wallet
In this video we are making the bifold wallet we designed in last week's video. This bifold leather wallet has 4 card slots and holds 8-10 cards, ha sa nice big cash slot that will also hold receipts, and is a fun and simple DIY project for beginners and advanced leatherworkers alike!
In this video we talk you through how to do just about everything to get this leather bifold wallet made. You can DIY this project with a couple square feet of leather and a few hand tools, making a wallet that will no doubt last at least a decade in your (or someone else's) back pocket.
As always, thanks to Weaver Leathercraft for sponsoring this video!
    Happy Crafting :)

I became interested in leatherwork watching Bedo's Leatherworks channel. Then I got hooked watching the Corter channel. I think I have made 30+ wallets and 20 belts in the past 6 months. Your videos are tremendous for hobbyist leatherworkers. Thanks very much and yes, the talking videos are fantastic!

One trick I learned from watching Hans Atelier was when he prepunched the holes for two separate pieces like you did at the end for this wallet, he used sewing needles in the holes to line up the pieces as he laid them down on each other. Seeing that honestly blew my mind the first time lol

This video is really well made from top to bottom. The intro is funny and efficient. The narration is free of odd speech patterns, or distracting vocal ticks . There is no irritating music or irregular sound levels. I especially enjoyed the level of detail provided and the pace of the instruction. I was impressed by the product as well. It may be the best RUclips video I have seen all year or any year. Thank you for the fine instructional video as well as the viewing pleasure. I look forward to future videos.

Wow. This video should of been titled "Leather Craft - Tips & Tricks from a Master" or something similar... I got into the hobby a few years ago. I usually put in a few hours (almost) every night, I am far from an "expert" but I am able to make some nice things if I invest enough time & effort into a project. With that said, I do constantly struggle with some very "Elementary" aspects of the hobby, such as alignment and proper hole spacing that starts and ends exactly where you would like it to. This video has a ton of excellent tips that can be applied to any project, not just wallets. Great job. Definitely going to be referring back to this a few times... Oh. and yes I prefer the verbal guidance over ASMR style. A+

Your narration gives extra quality to a tutorial style video, I think this helps tremendously for a new/beginning crafter.
