Yes, they are indeed expensive exotics and have a really interesting texture.
But, some people have a phobia of them🥹

SUPERB WORK 🎉 What I love about this delicate leatherwork is that you watch it and you think it is difficult and time consuming, but one simply cannot understand how much until you try, good job as per usual 🙏🏼

Thank you for this amazing video
Can I please ask, Is it not necessary to put a reinforcement between the leather so that it doesn’t stretch in the long term ?
    Thank you

    • @AtelierSANGBLEU
      @AtelierSANGBLEU  6 месяцев назад +1

      Many thanks :)
That is a kind of technical thing that I can't tell but, it depends on the parts and roles of them.
If that is needed, that should be reinforced but if they don't need to be reinforced, that should not be done.
The over-engineered design could ruin the overall touch and feel of the natural leather.

What a lovely and inspiring video. I would ask you, when and if you have the opportunity, to please write a list of the tools you use? It would be wonderful. Also I note that the templates you use, come with an adhesive on the edge that sticks to delicate leathers like this, without leaving any damage or residue. Is the same the case with the templates you sell?
    Many thanks for your inspiration.

ALL OF THESE THINGS that you do are made to look simple.
Or… at least you make them look simple.
    THEY ARE NOT!
The easiest thing that you do that we can replicate is when you cut the finishing thread & glue it inside the product… and even that is tricky!
    Everything else?
It's gonna be a lil bit.
    Thank you, for sharing!
    You are the BEST!

What is the stuff you're using on the edge of the leather? You're applying a type of filler that seems to harden somewhat so it can fill and create a seamless edge.

Thanks a lot for your interest in our artwork.
We also care about the sacrifices from them.
If mankind could eventually invent the perfect alternative food sources and leathers, we could stop making those sacrifices soon.
But, until now, we still need to consume the meats from the farms and there are no perfect alternatives to them and we should continuously upcycle their relics.
What we do is turn their relics into the artwork form in meaningful ways and this makes them last as long as possible with renewed purpose.
Hope people don't think just one side of this industry.
