This episode really resonated with me. I’ve been having huge difficulty making calls to make amends with past mistakes, mostly. And I also feel selfish when I don’t call people to say hi or a happy holiday due to anxiety.
The older couple are so cute but the old man is petty to hold sex back because she likes things done certain way. He could have communicated this to her and could have fixed this a while back. He needs to pull his weight too. I am glad they will work on it now

People please learn that anytime you are going to spend a large amount of money of some form of transportation like a plan ticket spend the little extra money every time for a cancellation possibility so that if something comes up, you will be able to cancel the ticket and get the majority of your money back, same thing with every time you get a car rental always be willing to pay a little extra for insurance coverage especially if your traveling home for the holidays because that is the time frame and locations when vehicle accidents happen the most often. I myself experienced this years ago, when I normally never payed for the insurance coverage but then I heard of the statistic that most accidents happen around home for the holidays so I got it and I'm so glad I did, because days later I got side swiped by a Bronco size vehicle and it totaled the Enterprise Hyundai Elantra I was driving but the insurance covered everything and I even got a full replacement vehicle from them!
The older couple was painful to watch. He is not truthful for sure, I don't believe a word out of his mouth. He has probably been fooling around elsewhere and now he is placing the blame on her like a real true a-hole. And she is taking it. Makes me feel everything between sad and the wish to vomit
I don't think Mary Kate was a tech junkie. She came off as an introvert who always wants something to read, watch, or listen to to avoid awkward social situations (not that I would know anything about that). Is there a purseonality for that?
The older couple is just plain sad. He is not being truthful. The victim, his ex wife, is being victimized again. Something happened at that 2nd ceremony..especially with all the other in laws involved. As far as her mothering him...I call baloney. Yes, she became more mothering & wasn't the carefree woman he met & married because they adopted 3 children. She became a mother again & she needed him to be a responsible father...not a grandfather, not a fun uncle. That's a completely different lifestyle. You are being examples for your children as they are growing up. Withholding is so painful. I hope she reconsidered & didn't go back to him.

I just came off the psychic episode... now this. Really Mel?? The whole premise is preposterous. I really thought of you as someone who was a straight shooter with both feet on the ground. This is like every other silly talk show that goes for the low hanging fruit. I'm happy you got your show and I'm sure it will do well ... it's just not for me, however.
