@@LinusTechTips I have been a long time watcher of LTT and have seen Linus do amazing things in the past. I’m not sure if it was scripted or his actual reaction but the way Linus decided to donate it for charity without a second thought shows his true character. Having quite possibly the sickest pc build and he could have chosen to keep it but instead chose to help those with less then him.
You know what. Charity and so is great and i'm all in when its comes to that, but this is literally a peace of art. This PC should be, at least in my opinion displayed in an place where art is displayed instead of potantinaly collecting dust in a hobby room.
Not only that I kind of found it disrespectful towards Nerdforge who probaly worked hard to make it for team Linus and not someone random. I mean charity is great but if you work beforehand knowing it will go there. This feels like they just randomly decided to give a hardworked for gift away..
Great...projecting onto someone literally featured in the video HELPING build the PC she helped make the faceplates for and was probably made aware what the use for them was long before starting the project...
Truly one of the best and artistically looking PC's I've seen. Incredible work by everyone! Great collab and love that it'll be auctioned off for charity too.

I've been watching ltt for years and this build is by far my favorite. I hope they do more builds like this with pokemon, animes like spirited away, Mario, and even location themes like woods, Paris, Rome, Tokyo, waterfalls, etc. This is really unique art that deserves praise
I've been watching NerdForge for a few years now and Martina does the most amazing work. I'm really glad to see the colab here. Now I'm off to her channel to see her side of the build.
OMG after watching this I'm completely blown away how amazing it came out! This is seriously the best collab you've ever done and it's so cool that they left you the PC for Charity. That's a ton of work and truly a piece of art in the PC history
Extremely impressive PC. I would like to have seen more of the actual building process, but truth be told I think the end product speaks for it's self.
This going to charity is just the cherry on top of an incredible build. As a long time Nerdforge fan and a big nerd myself I can also say that my second and oldest PC (now my wife's) is still running on a Seasonic PSU and this comment is not even sponsored by them (but Seasonic, you can if you want! :p), it just didn't die yet after almost a decade of hard use service. I do hope the charity action brings in a ton of cash as this case doesn't deserve less. And to all my fellow nerds, check out Nerdforge, they really deserve your sub, they are just great as you can obviously see!
It's too bad Seasonic went from using great high-reliability under heavy load AND HEAT ball bearing fans to "fancy name" junk sleeve bearing fans in their most recent generation power supplies. They will regret that decision when those fans start wearing out seals, losing lube, and DYING long before a ball bearing fan would have.

I love the message about 2077 at 23:24. The cyberpunk genre is so much more than just the game, and yet people keep relating everything to that game when the genre has literally been around since the 80s and has so much more depth. Props for that
@@Bluhbear Man, I still remember playing that one at a friends' house with a group of other friends, we had a nerd tech side, so other than Cyberpunk, we played BattleTech too, board and C64 version. I feel ancient and yet youthful because of nostalgia.
I didn't even think of that until it was mentioned in the long message. CDPR's failure did unfortunately have bad consequences on the genre. It's such a shame. I hope other devs learn from this and don't do the same to other "punk" fiction genres.

Important FYI: Most of the leak testers you can find on the market use generic pressure gauges which don't have markers to indicate which pressures are correct for a traditional PC water cooling system. In the video he pushes a tube out of the gasket from the pressure he uses to pump up his system. However, even when he used "less pressure" it was still too much pressure even though the guage shows it in the "green" region. This is a really bad design flaw and can result in displacing the seals in your system from excessive pressure. Consult the maual but I wouldn't suggest going over 0.5 bar for a leak test. 0.3-0.4 is more than enough. Any more and you're more likely to crack plexi or damage gaskets.
They're using the EKWB leak tester (You can see the small yellow logo on the bottom of the gauge) specifically made for EKWB components. So it should have been fine.
I've followed Nerdforge for years and every time she blows me away with her creations and this one is no exception. If I had this I would just look at it instead of using it. Amazing work as usual.
As amazing as it would be to own this piece of art, I would be waay too scared to have the responsibility of caring for it as I feel I would damage one of the very fragile pieces on it and would be forever mortified for destroying such an amazing piece of art
Speaking as someone who has been in the miniature wargaming scene for over 20 years, those case panels are very impressive. The amount of planning, construction and paint work that goes into a piece like that is staggering. It is a bit maddening to see this much work put into a custom loop build, given the limited shelf life of a PC. I can only hope whoever wins this has the respect to re-build in that case.

I do hope the charity action brings in a ton of cash as this case doesn't deserve less. And to all my fellow nerds, check out Nerdforge, they really deserve your sub, they are just great as you can obviously see!
Surprising it's being sent out, given they're using the hacked up 3090/motherboard/cpu.
Your comment made me smile and I enjoy ppl like you. Your username suits u very well friend, keep it up !

OK boomer
