I have 2 doubts about the strawberry jelly: 1. Can I melt again the pieces left over after cut the circles? 2. For how long I can keep the tart out of the fridge if the room temperature is around 25C?
Hi Hanbit, can I replace with gelatin powder? if I were to use gelatin powder instead of gelatin sheet, how much water do I need to add for the gelatin to bloom?
