Update : I made a mistake of comparing data for 7 months in 2021 and not the full 12 months. Just make sure you have a look at that. The growth of 156% is not year over year growth its simply growth from the 7months reported in 2021.
Can you please speak on the idea of getting property that's seller financed I think it's a good way to invest in real estate with no money and without using traditional methods like the bank
Cazoo, a uk company similar to we buy cars, was on the same trajectory but failed drastically. Maybe on paper we buy cars is great a idea but its important to research similar companies.

Just be careful when doing comparisons as some of the data is over 6/7 months and other over 12 months which does not make them directly comparable (especially for the SPLOCI and SCF). Apportioning and comparing over 12 months is better however still not completely comparable due to various factors. Additionally some of the data was audited while other data was reviewed could be good to mention.

Lots of money in the secondhand Car market but with a lot of problems, especially with the new consumers act. I will definitely not invest in a company like We Buy Cars

I’m at a place in my life where even if it’s a good investment I won’t buy because they are crooks who do in their clients, they buy good cars for a fraction and sell it for a lot more. Not like normal 2ndhand dealers, more like a 400-500% profit on some cars
