I just bought the same machine. Ran fine for a couple weeks, but now having no spark. About to diagnose cdi as coil is fine. Downloaded repair manual, which was 300 pages, should’ve printed back and front.
That's a lot of printing. I bought a thumb drive and downloaded all my manuals to that. I think I have 5 manuals to vehicles on it but I haven't bought the atv manual yet. Need to get that. Thanks for the comment.
There are several Honda ATV message forums, they have a section where you can find the mechanics manual for just about every machine they have made for the last 40 years. It walks you through a step by step process of troubleshooting and diagnosing just about every issue there is so you don’t have to spend a ton of money parts swapping until you find the issue. They are the same manuals dealership mechanics use.
I just got one put new coil and battery in it but get no spark plug is new and I tested the ohms from cdi box connectors and everything checks out and I followed the manual guidelines and now I'm stumped I want to junk it it's so aggravating but I need help please the grounds are all good and clean so help me please
I do have the 350D version. I have been trying to see but it hasn't came on at all. So I need to find the wires and put a switch on it or figure out why it never works.

That’s not the cdi it’s a fuel cut relay, the cdi goes under the front plastic

Only 86 trx350 had orange lens lights 87 up were clear lens

Just asking but is the kill switch on? If so switch it and see if that works.
Change the stator and pulse generator
The switch is good I wired it bypassing it
@@capone818figueroa4 I checked the stator and pulse generator with the volt meter and the ohms are good
I also can kick start it with my hand

Do you have the trx 350D version? I wondered if you notice when your cooling fan comes on and for how long.
