Spinach and kale are beneficial in shakes/smoothies too because you can’t taste them at all. Definitely oats to get the carb count up. Strawberries really add flavor. Or dates, but sometimes dates can have a laxative effect.

Side note: for your shakes, blueberry, mango and strawberries. Spirulina is an amazing supper food to throw in a shake it’s very green and stinky but it’s awesome.
Hey your efforts to make your videos look cinematic are mind boggling and instead of drinking fruit juice you can eat raw fruits (like oranges) because it will eventually increase your fibre intake but yeah everything is perfect in your videos and i am a kind of addicted to your videos ...... your content is pretty different and unique from other creators & yeah just keep going with the same vibe !!

Smoothie tips that helped me:
I would always add my powder supplements to my smoothies. Glutamine, creatine, ect
If you buy a spice grinder/ coffee grinder, you can blend oats and add them to your smoothies. they don't change the taste and add easy carbs + fiber
