Adding to what you said, I think people really hate on motivation for no reason. Lately there's been a huge increase in people promoting discipline which is by all means great, but you'd be hard pressed to find someone who was truly great that wasn't extremely motivated to hit their goals. Don't get me wrong, discipline is what gets you to your goals, but having motivation alongside that is what really pushes you to become the best version of yourself possible.
Yea a lot of people also pretend they’re disciplined when they just genuinely enjoy training. I was super “disciplined” with the gym and nutrition while being a very mediocre student, so am I really a disciplined person? I think it’s more about passion, if you love something, both motivation and discipline will follow. You’re probably not gonna stay disciplined with something you hate

YO, when you were talking about rice krispies as a preworkout snack and how your sick of them I have a reccomendation. Salted caramel rice cakes and add some sea salt on top. My favorite one and I dont feel bloated or feel bad for eating a rice cake.
