Hey! This is awesome! I've tried reversal process with superpan before but didn't turn out nearly as well. Can I just ask why you don't use a clearing bath?? or a fixer?? Any other tips would be really appreciated too. Thanks!
thank you. you can use a clearing bath but the chemicals may be hard to obtain for home users so I skip that for this video. Same for fixer, it can be skipped for simplicity sake as rightfully all the silver are developed. However I find fixing can take away some of the yellow/brownish tone. so if you have fixer on hand, you can fix it for 4 to 5 mins. Do subscribe to my channel!
Glad to see interest in BW reversal process. I have used a Process that produces excellent results for many years. You can search the following title online. The author of the paper is Jens Osbahr. His paper is entitled “A Black & White Reversal Process In Memory Of Scala 200x”. With some experimentation you can adapt his process to your needs.
I’m wondering if you could get slides by contact printing a BW negative onto BW rawstock film, then process the rawstock film the traditional way for a positive image.

Yes you can. But i am not sure what ISO to use. So i suggest u do bracketing for yr first roll. Shoot +1,0,-1 stop per scene an develop n see.
Hi, how to reduce the strength of the bleach to 50%?
if you hv not mix, then use 1 g of potassium permanganate to 500ml of water and 13.5g of sodium bisulfate to 500 ml of water.
@@AnaloguePT Thank you. Kodak HC 110 now is not available. can use other developer?
@@IdrisJalanJalan never try other developer. U can try Ilford HC developer which is supposed to be the equivalent of Kodak HC110
N95 masks are for solid particles, not vapours. If you’re worried about chemical fumes you need a respirator and/or good ventilation.
indeed.. I wear N95 mask is for mixing the bleach from powder chemicals.
