I will say this is absolutely correct. I was with a woman who I thought was a 10/10 and was super hot and just my type. The attraction made me omit so many red flags. Just described narcissistic abuse. Also they can initiate, they want to see you, then acting like you are not there. Its ok when its once a year, but when its constant, its time to depart. Many people(with low self esteem, codependent) end up in relationships like that for whole life.

I recoiled at this request. What?! With the way she’s been behaving she doesn’t deserve my respect. I started to notice how much I had grown to resent her. I literally came on Casey channel one month ago to try to cure my one year relationship, indeed my girlfriend was displaying all signs of toxicity (disrespect, non cooperative, withdraw sex, always on her phone). Through the journey I learnt so much about women’s behavior and especially how I was supposed to behave, on my end (yes did screw up up - but new information new reaction) which mean not being insecure, nor weak for her and not wanting sex. We did break up two weeks ago. And the more I look back on this relationship combine with Casey’s advice, I now understand that the sweet spot (if not the only) is being the « side dude ». Being focus on my goals, being selfish to achieve my mission and having two / three girls around that are part of my journey without me being committed and not seeing them more than once a week. Never thought I would change that much (always been in couple), however I do think now this is the only way to go.
Men only need to know a glimpse into a woman past to know what she is about and woman only need to look into a mans future to see what he is about!
Be only with someone that appreciates you and who you appreciate, it's very simple.

It all comes down to how much confidence and masculinity you’re able to attract women with! Yes, there is a small percentage of women out there who will only go for drop dead tall handsome guys with 6-pack abs & fancy job titles while making 6 or more figures a year. That is true! However, the majority of them don’t care about how much money you make. Hell, this last bombshell I dated was a Harvard graduate making insane $$ and the only reason I left her was because she was batshit f’ing crazy and manipulative. The sex and other fun stuff we did together just wasn’t worth it. Have faith in yourself! You can attract most women no matter how you look or how much $$ you make!

If you need external factors like income to feel like a high value man, then you re not a high value man. seeking validation externaly is never the answer.
