I did the first three exercises, 3 rounds each. The first one, I did a minute, each movement switching with arms, legs, and side position. The second I did 10-12 reps. The last one I did one minute, each with small rotations. Today, my entire abdominals are on fire! I will implement these 2-3 times a week and see how much stronger my lifts and abs feel. Love that "dead bug" off the boxes, should be great for psoas rehab! I've tried it without the upper body component but it never felt right, and now I see why. Can't wait to try it. Should pair well with the "opposite toe touch" standing.

Hey Matt! You should lift heavy on some of these videos, show them your savagery in practice. Lots of these people still have no idea what your capable of. If they see how much flip flop coach can lift, their eyes will pop out of their head.
