I grew up around the corner from this house on HOLLY HILL. When I was little we rode our bikes back there when it was being built. We used to run around in the racket ball court. So strange to see this!

Another great video that I enjoyed to watch. Thank you for that Spa Guy♥️ Such a big house with very interesting gadgets, for example what were those things in the kitchen, looked like medical equipments? And thanks for clearing up his paychecks, 800 a day sounds not very excessively. I truly think he cared for Elvis' and did the best he could, when dr. Nick for the first time met Elvis in 1967, he was already using sleeping pills and he tried replacing them with placebo's. So he did the best he could. Most around Elvis' said they liked dr. Nick and thought he was a good man, but except for Larry Geller, Larry told he was packing vitamine packages before their trip to Hawaï and he suggested them for Elvis but dr. Nick swept that idea right out of the window. But there are a lot of doctors even today that don't believe in vitamines. That does not make someone a bad person, there are a lot of people who just don't believe vitamines work. And I understand why he ordered the driver at August.16.1977 to take Elvis to Baptist Memorial Hospital, 20 minutes from Graceland, instead of Methodist South Hospital, which was only 5 minutes away. He choose Baptist Memorial because this was the hospital Elvis was used to and was admitted several times before. So no cover up there. Elvis was just a nice person, inviting everybody's family, but calling doctors always by their title even when his dentist dr. Hoffman said you can call me Less he said no. Dr. Hoffman, you went to school, you got that degree and you earned it. It's just an example of how Elvis' treated people and why he is still so loved.

I didn't start seeing those aluminum 'inserts' (which sit right in the window, w/ vertical blinds inside the actual thermal glass) 'til the mid- 90's, and they were pretty rare then. this home was ahead of it's time.

Dr Nick was a very kind person. He had a very sweet caring bedside manner. Addictions to medication was a subject you didn’t talk about in public like we do today. Elvis as Linda stated thought if a dr gave him medications then it wasn’t a problem. Sadly dr Nick was made into a bad dr for over prescribing medication. Nothing has changed since then and addicts can go over the state line and end up with double meds. Elvis simply opened everyone’s eyes to the ease of obtaining meds because of who you are.

Elaine and Kisey were Dr Nic’s daughters, hence the the E and K. I use to go swimming and spent a lot of time there with Elaine. Dr Nic was real Gentleman. It was a wonderful home and a great family. RIP

"Look's like blood." Um, where is the door to get out the fastest? I have watched this video several times and I am still amazed how it was unlocked and you didn't seem in any rush to leave. I would be worried the entire time I was in the home. But I spook easy sometimes.

    Amazing
Generous ELVIS again. I heard that Priscilla was trying to tale the house back into the Presley estate before the couple past away " in the book she tried to stop the being published "child Bride" ...she was a cruel cold woman
I would have left the house in its original state Elvis style" even though a little out dates it just would of felt more like he left..his Mark there
    Rip
    Sweet Elvis 🎶🎵🌹⚘⚘🌹⚘

I worked with Dr Nicks daughter, met Dr Nick on several occasions, the story here is not all of the truth!! Remember Elvis was a giver and Never asked repayment!! I’ll say that Elvis thought of Dr Nick as a father!! ...and yes, Elvis did come here after it was built.... kiss stands for Kissy, Christine... Dr Nicks daughter!! I so wish she could have kept her parents home!! So much of this story is untold here!!!

Listening to Elvis phone conversation with Red West which is on RUclips he talks about getting into money trouble with this raquetball venture and thats one reason why Red Sonny and Hebler were laid off. He was a giver but he was running out of money to give towards the end. That's why he did so many concerts to keep the money coming in. It wasn't just about Colonel Parker driving him. When the Colonel asked if he wanted to cut down Elvis told him he wanted to do more. That's what the Col said. Not sure how true that is but when Elvis died there wasn't that much in the kitty.
