When I install the iso on my usb and do boot, I get the background image for seconds, only the computer restarts and starts normally. What do I do or what happens?

Like, I use VMware Workstation. It feels weird, I guess I already have it, i will use it then.
I feel like I'm using a old school PC, so it's great to use this.

Apparently this does not work again I've tried doing this with 20H1/20H2 but for some reason when I change the background in resource hacker it does not recognize the custom image. I think the default one is implemented in a way that Microsoft will not allow anyone to modify it at all.
Changed it on 20H2 Today works perfectly

@@KeronBullock Yes dont forget to change all 3 Images \Source\Background.bmp \Windows\System32\setup.bmp and \Source\spwizimg.dll line 517 dont forget to click on Read and Write in ImageX and after changing everything COMMIT CHANGES before you Unmount the wim

How to change welcome screen backgound image ?
It's possible but not that way, by doing this your modifying the setup screen, you need to look videos like "modify install.wim" because that file contains the system and can be modified
If anyone has the "ERROR: Unable to mount image" it may already be mounted. Click "Unmount" then try again.
You can also edit a wim cache with NTLite and the image will remain mounted until you decide to unmount
