Hello Ajay If I understand your question correclty you mean you have windows 10 installation media that is in portugese.
If that is the case then as per my knowledge you wont be able to change the language.Better Download English version from Microsoft.

Hello chetan u could create a windows 10 vm.Enter audit mode.Do the changes like software installation,patches,modifying registry.Once you are done with the changes sysprep the system.Boot to windows recovery and capture windows installed drive using dism command.
