your start is horrible. keep your heels as low as possible to the ground. this lessens the distance your leg needs to go. running with your heels hitting your butt at the start is waste of motion. having your feet pretty much sweeping across the ground will improve your start drastically. 4:23 see how his legs do a half circle motion. it takes shorter time for your leg just to cut across and not go up like that
I never warm up. It's like warming up and electric car. You want to keep all that charge for the run. The more, the better. Ditch that Nike garbage too. Only beginners wear that krap. Ignore that advice as how to come out of the blocks. Come out as fast as your legs are capable, not like the guy in the video is doing. Just run as naturally as you can. You probably ain't gonna outrun Usain Bolt no matter how you run.

you also take to long strides for your legs. you lands on your heel and on the backside of your leg which slows you down. it works like a break
