I'm so happy that you've found relief for both your IBD and your rosacea! I deal with rosacea and IBS, which I know pales in comparison to IBD. That being said, I'm familiar with how hard it can initially be to follow a restrictive diet--especially in the beginning, when you perhaps don't yet experience any relief. Your story has provided me with so much hope, especially as someone who for years also ate soooo many things (ice cream, chocolate, etc.) that I knew my stomach couldn't digest well (what were we thinking haha). Here's to continued health! Thanks for sharing your journey with us.

Oh my gosh, yes! Knowing what you're eating isn't helping was a hard habit for me to break, especially when some foods look so tasty! And even though IBD and IBS are different, they are both frustrating and life interrupting gut issues. I think one of the hardest things of a restrictive diet is trying to explain to other people why you can't eat certain foods. I hear you with the ice cream, I would eat it and then get mad when I would get sick haha. Yes, to our continued health! And you're welcome; I am just so glad to bring you hope!!
