    The new KONA Electric combines a clean and sleek appearance with the protective and bold B-SUV body type. A closed grille with an updated look, new light architecture, and body-coloured wheel arch claddings give the model a wide stance and a distinctive appearance on the road. The body has been lengthened by 25mm for a stronger visual stance.
    The new KONA Electric is available with a range of new exterior colours, including nine new colours and two-tone roof options.
    On the interior, a new, horizontal layout with advanced connectivity technology and new ambient light technology in the front footwells contribute to a modern look. The interior is available with two colour options.
    As with its predecessor, the new KONA Electric offers two different zero-emissions battery electric powertrains: a long range version with a 64 kWh battery with a maximum range of 484km, and a 39.2 kWh battery with a driving range of 305km (WLTP). The range has been increased thanks to the addition of new premium tyres with the latest product update. The new tyres also offer benefits in terms of performance and range.
    The new KONA Electric is also equipped with shift by wire, regenerative braking, and an optional three-phase on-board charger for more convenience.
    The new KONA Electric features a number of upgraded Hyundai SmartSense active safety features, including Rear Cross-Traffic Collision-Avoidance Assist (RCCA) and Blind-Spot Collision-Avoidance Assist (BCA). Both features can not just offer a warning but also activate the vehicle’s brakes to prevent a collision if necessary. Safe Exit Warning (SEW) and Rear Seat Alert (RSA) are especially tailored to ensure rear passenger safety. The new KONA Electric is also equipped with a number of passive safety features, including six airbags, and eCall.
    The new KONA Electric has been upgraded with a new 10.25-inch digital cluster, and an optional 10.25-inch AVN screen or an 8-inch Display Audio continue to be available. The AVN features the latest Hyundai Bluelink telematics, while the Display Audio comes with wireless Android Auto and Apple Car Play. The new KONA Electric is also available with a head-up display and an optional wireless charging pad.
    The front with the new-look closed grille features a pure and clean design. This modern look is further enhanced by the new LED Daytime Running Lights, which emphasise the car’s wide stance. The front is complemented by an asymmetric charging port, a feature unique to the KONA Electric which makes a strong statement about driving electric.

    I have been watching Kona review videos all day - what's odd about that I hear you ask..
    Nothing apart from the fact I have a 64Kw Ultimate top Spec on my drive! :D

    These videos are fantastic, exactly what I was looking for. I did a test drive of the Kona and I really liked it, but I didn’t get enough time to explore all the details so this is great! Do you by chance have similar videos for the E-Niro or the Bolt? Thanks a lot for uploading this!

    im pretty sure the 0-60 in sport mode is a lot faster than 8 seconds. its more like 6.4

    Drove the 2021 model and it’s a really nice car and pretty long autonomy on one charge. The only one bad point I found,it’s front collision detection camera that located on lower bumper section and very sensitive. As soon you have little shock or if you drive into snow,it can lead into the service garage to recalibrate it. Screen interface are very user friendly and hood are very easy to open to add glass cleaner in. You can drive in eco mode,normal mode and sport mode with are giving more power but reduce little bit battery autonomy all can be driven in 3 différents levels
    Seat are heated but also the steering wheel are heated.
    Music sound are very good and back passenger seats are very confortable and have center part that we can pull down to hold drinks or coffee. At from seat we also have 2 cup holders in center but also in doors,have a spot to hold bottles.

      Salut si Merci 👍🙂🙏 Eu personal as mai strange bani sau as astepta sa iau un Model 3 chiar si Second Hand este bun. Daca nu vrei Model 3, celelalte variante sunt si ele foarte bune. AM facut Review la toate variantele pe canalul meu. Nici eu nu stiu ce as alege din celelalte variante ....destul de greu de ales....Testeazale pe toate si vezi dupaia 👍🙂

    Great review but too much talking not enough driving, very repetitive after the interior and exterior review that I have already watched, please cut down on the talking, I ended up turning the sound off.

    FYI it's said E-CO not Echo. I'm aware that English is not your first language. I picked up my Ultimate Kona Electric (Top Spec UK) last week and loving it. 7.9 to 100kph is serious underestimation, Bjorn Nyland timed one with the crappy Nexen tyres at 6.8 with a draggy box.

    I'm buy a electric car to save money not to drive it as a sports car, if I want a sports car I would buy a sports car.
