Now that's a great looking pork chop sandwich. Thin slicing that cured ham and frying it made that sandwich. I will definitely be trying that, I'll bet it makes a great BLT or HLT sandwich.
New to your channel and I can say that every video I’ve watched so far every thing Looks delicious! Who doesn’t love an old fashion pork chop sandwich!? I could probably eat one a day if my blood pressure allowed it 😂 but thanks for this video
You bring the best meal ideas to the table. I would never have thought to fry up ham like that and put it on a pork chop sandwich, but man, that looks amazing!
Ooooee that meal looked fireeee, I think a rub video would be pretty cool, see all those different favorites of yours. I use to buy my rubs but I can't lie after watching BBQ Southern Style I started making my own rubs now and it definitely is a lot better having control of that salt fully and flavor.
i miss georgia....especially mrs. mac's...across from the royal peacock on auburn ave....let alone deacon burtons grill at the inman station.....excellent video/audio....as it spun off yet another invention....yes folks this calls for an onion ring separator spoon....although mrs. mac used her long fingernail...popped right out everytime
Thanks for the vid BBQ Southern Style. It looks delicious. A question - I'm watching from the UK. Here we use mustard that's really hot (called English mustard, which is incidentally AMAZING in mac & cheese). I assume this isn't the kind used in this recipe. What kind is it that you used? Also, I'm looking at those battered onion rings and my mouth is watering at the thought of doing the same thing with peppers.
Looks nice. Any tips for getting skin crispy on bone in pork chops? I fry at 375 for about 12 minutes using a deep fryer like yours but the skin is a little soft in the middle.
Man you always making me hungrier than I was. I'm definitely a sucker for pork🤪🤪🤪 You better lock your doors or you'll end up with people who won't leave lololol
@@bbqsouthernstyle you know I'm still trying to figure out how your as skinny as you are eating the way you do lol. I gain 20 pounds just watching lololol

Thank you and welcome Al. Thats just cheap yellow mustard. Any smooth brand will do. Hope this helps and thank for the visit from the UK my friend.

Yes, fry them a bit longer till you get them crispy. I fry all my bone in chops hard. Also use a thin chop. We call them Wafer chops in the south.
Ok, I try to buy them thin but I don’t want to dry out and they get tough
