Ford has added some premium details to the Mondeo, such as the handles that pop out of the door or the high-gloss element that connects the taillights. The car is 63mm longer and 23mm wider than the fourth-generation Mondeo, and the wheelbase has increased by 104mm.
Petrol engine 1.5 Turbo (182 hp and 243 Nm) with a 6-speed automatic transmission.
Fuel consumption - 7.3 liters.
Length - 4873 mm
Width - 1852mm
Height - 1470mm
Wheelbase - 2850 mm

I had my Mondeo for 20 years from 1997 till 2017 and absolutely loved it. Very rarely let me down and got through all its MOT’ s with financial help. I replaced it with a Mark 4 Mondeo Edge in chill silver with my personalised registration plate in 2017. Boot like a skip, a menace to park but still my pride and joy.
We need this car in Europe

@@MarkSmith-Uzor sadly not… they canceled the mondeo in Germany this year… i owned the Mark 4 and now the Mk5 as station wagon and i Never drove a better car… i wish they would bring it back but it doesnt lock like they will

My 2012 Mondeo is the best car I've ever driven, she now has just over 106k miles and goes to the same mechanic every time, he deals with a fleet of Mondeo taxis that I have seen have well over 270k miles on them. I love her, the day she dies will be the day I weep for a family member.

I dont care what it takes, I want to import this car into EU. Does anyone have any experience with that? An EUcompany that specializes in these imports? I am well aware of the risks with emissions, different standards etc but still want to give it a shot

Ford needs to get this on sale in the UK and is there an estate version, I own a Mondeo mk5 and when it comes to getting a new car I want a new Mondeo but may have to go to VW to get a decent estate car, for me the Mondeo is the best wagon out there at present

Quitando este último que tuve que hacer embrague, solo entraron al taller a cambiar neumáticos y a los mantenimientos

Plastic is fantastic.... too much for this segment. Fiesta will not be ashamed of but Mondeo is much more expensive. Competitors are made with way better quality materials in the interior. Huge screen on the dash is pointless - lots of information distracting driver and passengers (not mentioning driver's blinding after dark)

Should have brought this to the UK, Fords range in the UK is sh## at the moment they axed the Edge, Mondeo, smax and Galaxy so the biggest car they offer is the Kuga/Escape its too small for families.

I've had two Mondeo. All and two SW .. I find this horrible. Heavy and ungainly ... I will touch jars with a real vintage Mondeo.
Ridiculous… I’ve got mk4 estate and it looks far better without that ridiculously stupid large screen at the dashboard. Of course as it Chinese you can expect such a bullshi** Everything that comes from there is…. They should stop flooding the market with such things

Ford have pretty much turned their back on Europe in the last couple of years they axed The KA, Cmax, Edge, Mondeo, Smax, Galaxy all have no replacements, the biggest car they offer is the kuga which has the smallest boot ever useless for families

@@trueified no one does but they will tell you that research says people do, and of course the controlled polls will do the same.
Have you seen these “bigger vehicles” in person? Because they’re the same size as a sedan inside with the amount of material spent on a wagon with the price of a mint used SUV.
They realized selling economic sedans didn’t make big money but selling unnecessary or overpriced features in packages with little choice and savings does. So instead they force this to also make you think even more overpriced EVs save you money buy switching over. That is of course until everyone is plugging up and they tell you prices going up to keep the grid going. And then guess what? Still no EV sedans because why sell you a small package that will drain batteries less that they want to sell you at prices they control at “regulated services” licensed by them?
Bigger cars means “more materials” means more money which equals more gas which means even more money spent made by gas people. Or switch to EV big cars that drain batteries and tires while you save money plugging in until prices go up for electricity assuming the high price tag have broke even by then point - how could any investor not love the idea of NOT selling sedans anymore?
