MAN! Want this see it ON!! My mom got same vacuum and the brush rollers don’t spin….so wonder; DO THEY SPIN AND PICK UP LIKE ALL VACUUMS SINCE THEY WERE INVENTED? Or do they just roll when u roll it across the carpet?
It actually does pick up! Check the bottom, you should see two adjustable sliders that snap the roller in itself. You might have it installed the wrong way. Please consider subscribing!
