I think Away is the best song in the franchise, and I have been playing FF since 1998. It's been stuck in my head for days, I cannot put into words how much I love it.
At this point I'm convinced that it's physically impossible for you to create a song that isn't absolutely spectacular

I agree, I listened the original so many times that it felt really weird not having the original lyrics on this one.
Yep, it sounds really scuffed that not only is it generic chanting but it doesn't even follow the same rhythm in the chorus.
