Without having much research, I'd think there's something living on it given that the surrounding area that's still rather radioactive is more filled with life than one would think. Either way, typically I've heard things that are also producing a lot of radioactivity as "dirty" or at the least unclean.
Though if it is and was coated in dead film, I'd say that's pretty dang dirty, given that it's probably not decaying correctly.
Again, all without much research, just a few things I have heard and am making some educated guesses on.
I think David Cheeseman is the least hazardous thing in there by now.
@Penquinn14 in terms of dirty as in covered in dirt and grime? 100%. I mean, it ate through so much that it probably kick started it eroding. Plus with it being basically undisturbed, dust *likely* accumulated on the cooled surface.
On a germ level, it depends on your opinion. Theres a fungus growing on it that eats radiation, which many people find "dirty". Im like 99% sure theres also bacteria that can survive and maybe eats radiation. I don't recall if its at the elephants foot, but it exists. So it's possible.

Man these power hours have some of the best subtitles I’ve ever seen. Affectively portray what’s being said (obviously), helps makes any jokes sound based come across, and adds jokes without being distracting!

I've found myself having to combat more and more misinformation from Arin recently. Citric acid is not vitamin C. Vitamin C is ascorbic acid.
Arin is almost certainly wrong about that.

You're an animal if you think salt and vinegar tastes sour. It's acidic but that's not the same
Saying no one likes salty and sour feels like an insult to every citrus based marinade I've even put chicken or pork in.
It's definitely a less popular combination in North America than other parts of the world to be sure.
I think you could argue that's different enough because it would be salty, sour, and savory from the meat. Citrus marinades are awesome.

Also, I'd argue that citrus juice is a very different kind of sour than straight citric acid. You don't really pucker up when eating something that has some of lemon or lime juice on it or mixed into it. They're basically eating concentrated sour.
I knew someone years ago who liked to eat lemons with salt on top as a snack. She claimed they taste sweet. I thought she was crazy.
