Pre-facelift is absolutely the sweet spot for these cars in my opinion. For those in the market (good luck) I own a loaded ‘19 E63S sedan and here are the options I can’t do without: Performance seats, Burmeister 3D surround (this is the rarest and best option), Carbon Trim, Carbon Package 1, Forged 20” multi spoke wheels, Night Package. Other notable mentions that I love: CCB’s, Alcantara headliner, Performance Exhaust.
The only issue with the E-class is the interior proportions. Instead of opting for a good family car, they somehow decided to aim for a luggage beast. They should've taken 10cm leg room from the boot and added them to the rear seats. I had to sell mine because I couldn't even fit a child seat in the rear because it rendered the front passenger seat unusable. They fixed this issue in the GLE. That car has a superb interior layout and is just an overall amazing car!
@@Snoopy4156 I'm talking about a rear-facing seat. You need to push the passenger seat all the way forward and tilt the backrest upwards, which renders that seat useless. A front-facing seat isn't a problem.
He says it's a 4 Liter Bi-turbo but it is a 6.3 Liter Bi-Turbo....I am lucky enough to own a 2021 wagon but because I'm a petrolhead I had it tuned by Renntech and now produces north of 850 hp, put some racing fuel in and you'll get another 30 or so hp. I had many cars in my life including exotics but this is for sure the best car I have ever driven. Get one and be happy :-))
Incorrect, it may say "63" as the model designation but that has no relation to the engine displacement, even on the W212 which used the M156 engine, displacement was 6208cc (6.2l) The W213 uses the M177 engine which has a displacement of 3982cc (4.0l) The "63" naming is a throwback to the iconic 300 SEL 6.3, which used the M100 V8 with a displacement of 6332cc (6.3l)
One question,if you please: which one of all of them out there is the most comfortable to drive?I mean-I do not care how fast the car will make from 0 to 100K/h,but want to enjoy the Mercedes comfort driving and listening to the good music.Enjoying the life, without stress. So which one you will recommend:E43,E53 ,E63 or just E400 4MATIC ?
I was told that the exhaust tips on the E63 was a feature to not potentially damage the engine by being attached the entire length form the year to the front
Don't say that .. i was a bum ass mofo .. addicted to drugs and alcohol .. I never had more than $1,000 at a time to my name. But then one day I met a very nice girl and decided I didn't want to be a bum anymore and got the motivation to do something about it.. and Today I drive a W213 :). Sometimes you dont know what you're capable of, dont discount yourself.
If (and practically always when) you’re a big motorsport and AMG enthusiast I’d recommend getting the 2017-2019 model. The brand new facelifted one, sure, has the exact same engine but it has the new GPF (Gasoline Particulate Filter) among with some other newer emissions regulation junk installed in it. I.E it sounds like hot garbage compared to the angry, mean roar of the slightly older ones that don’t have the new filters etc. *EDIT* I've linked some acceleration clips first from a 2017 model, and the second from a brand new 2021. Take a listen and you'll understand what I mean. ruclips.net/video/tpzhiyfj8o0/видео.html ruclips.net/video/YoWIxR6reiQ/видео.html
Im so lucky to own one, my 2019 e63s deisgno magno, fully loaded canadian model missing sound and ceramics only. Love my E! Traded in my loaded c63s w205 coupe, love the space in the E. 17k so far, mine came with the perellis, Michelin 4s in the near future, b service is 1k🙌😅
I have a 2019 E63S Wagon... I don't think I'll ever sell it, especially with all the new emissions regulations that have already started affecting the newer models.
Thanks! I just find it interesting that the compression in the E63 is lower than the C63. 8.6:1 for the E63 and 10.5:1 in the C63. Both 4.0 V8 biturbo of course.
@@AMGmeister well I be damned! Just googled it. It appears that the W213 is running higher boost and a lower compression for more power. However, i think there is more afoot that just a simple tune/diff manifold design. I think longer term reliability has to do with it regarding the W213 since generally lower compression gives a larger margin of error.
Ah bluh.. those 2021 and steering wheels :( Love the E55 next to it. Seems kind of small next to a S213 AMG. Saw an S213 in the parkinglot last weekend, have a bit of mixed feelings regards it's looks. It looks really big
Thanks!! Very nice car inside and outside. Can't wait till they update the infotainment system in the upcoming E-Class to match S-class and C-class. Exhaust is quiet because of its target audience. Considering its price when loaded with all bells and features it's not made boys who smoke tires at C&C meets. Same with seats. People who buy these cars brand new may already developed back issues. I think tail lights look much better than sedans from 2018 to 2021. Much better!
What about that stupid European parking light feature where it makes your car look broken by only running daytime running lights on only one side of the car when it's parked?
No one commenting on those ugly fake exhaust tips? I love that car, but this is one of the reasons why I wouldn't buy it. Also not a fan of the two screens. Taking all into account I would choose the CLS63 SB

It doesn't get much better then that wagon. Loved the video!
It does... your E55 wagon ;)
@Mohammed Talha what doesn’t match the e55 wagon?
S123's & S124's needs some love as well 😅
@Mohammed Talha Totally agree, especially those pre merger AMG wagons 🤩

Fair to say that this is the ultimate performance street/family car

This thing is insane 🤘🤘 I'd love to get one to put next to our 2014 C63 coupe. An 11 second grocery getter is what I need 😉
At around 6:30, says steering wheel heat available after 2019. It was available before too.
What else it retains is being the best car
Another awesome video from this channel. Thanks!
Hi Please share what soundtrack is playing between 8:48-11:14. Cheers!
Imagine this with an M113K!👍👍
Imagine doing two pulls then realizing your car would get smoked by a ford mondeo because it's intake Temps are too high and shut the charger off.
Good informative video.. thanks
Wagon:Sleeper
Sedan:mafia mobile
Such a solid video, thanks man. 👍👍
Great video as always. Love your channel bro
If not for the exhaust deadening OPF, this car is perfect!
