I just picked up a 2020 touring yesterday and I agree about the engine sound and road noise. Most 4 cylinder cars just don't sound good. I would have been happier if this had a 6 cyl, but I suppose they are trying something new with these turbocharged engines. I previously had a 2013 with the 4 cyl CVT. I think the road noise is just due to the tires they put on from the factory. After I replaced the tires on my 2013 with some Continentals, the road noise went down quite a bit. Hoping for the same with this car when the time comes.
6:28 one small but big benefit is that you are one step away from any selection you want to make, for example instead of going all the way from D to P with shift lever you just press P, other manufacturers tried to solve this by putting P button on the shift lever ending up in just complicating things even more and I bet all of them will accept this kind of push button transmission.

Not every car, car product, modification is for everyone. A lemon could be picking the wrong color car that doesn't fit YOU. My reviews try to highlight different aspects that may be of significance for some people, so that they can make an informed decision that is right for them. The majority of cars currently sold do not have push button transmissions. It's a lemon if YOU don't like it, so it's worth pointing out to those who may not care for it. As for myself, after 6 mos. of ownership, it no longer bothers me - check out my 6 mos. review.
No shifter means easier access to the cup holders and front cubby bin. Otherwise you would have to be reaching around a shifter constantly to get a drink or check your phone. So while it doesn’t save space, it is more convenient. The buttons take some getting used to, but they will become second nature after a little use.

The Touring model does have blindspot monitoring 👍
You can get a 2.0 sport with the 10 speed and paddels.
Excellent video
Thank you for the watch and positive comment 👍
How's the fuel mileage around the city with this engine? (2.0)
I don’t drive much strictly in the city, but I get ~22mpg in stop and go.
@@TheLemonFactor I had the Sport 2.0 and this is dead on, especially in sport mode because let’s face it that’s where you’ll have it almost 100% of the time :)
😁👍
Hi what is the difference between a 2018 2.0t touring and a 2019 2.0t touring?
I believe they ditched the 1.5T CVT on the Touring, they have 2.0T 10S only.
Tire noise is ridiculous compared to a 2020 xse camry. Sound system isn’t the best and your world will change if you buy and have installed sound deadening mat throughout the front end and front doors
It is a shame it’s so noisy, but I guess that’s Honda’s way to get you into an Acura 🤷♂️
I didn’t hear any noise personally
The stereo is lacking. I am disappointed in it.
It seems to have broken in and gotten a little better over time, or I've just become accustom to the bad sound produced.
Have to agree, it is good enough for me though. A really nice system would probably add 1k or so.
My guy you’re really giving a lot of fact checks here. The 2.0t isn’t only on the touring. I have a 2018 it’s an EX-L with the 2.0T and the 10AT the auto transmission is only on the 2.0T but the 2.0T is not only on the touring
I don't believe I ever referenced that the 2.0L engine is only on the Touring...
@@TheLemonFactor I may have heard it wrong but I swear you said it’s only available in the touring or you said it comes standard in the touring and maybe i misheard when you said standard. I love your videos either way. I’ve been watching your stuff about the downpipe because that’s my next mod.
Glad to hear that you’re enjoying the videos 👍. Thanks for your support 😁
This car is dumb..how is it a 2019 and can’t display what tire needs air.
Air display makes a car dumb? Smh
for a real family sedan, see 1971 ford LTD
College roommate had the wagon version of that. Let me drive it a few times for errands. What a barge. Liked to stall when it was cold, too.
I am new to this channel, but I suspect you refer to your dislikes as lemons, correct? Because I was curious how the button shifter is lemon. The entire industry is going that direction, so get used to it. The Germans give you a physical stalk, but its still all electronic. I like it though.
@@mrzeld I agree totally. I am waiting to see if the same level of disdain heap up on the Accords push button shifter will be heaped on the C8 Corvettes transmission shifter too. Because I know how hypocritical some reviewers are.
the license plate destroys the look of the beautiful accord
It does distract from the look of the car. Unfortunately, it's the law where I live.
At the end of the day, same for all the vehicles registered in the state.
Love my 2021 2.0 sport 😸 need ktuner
😁👍
If you plan on keeping your car for an extended period of time I would skip the Ktuner. It will absolutely shorten the life span of your engine.
@@Sajomo I would argue not. Probably helps the engine. This 2.0 can take 93 pump gas and that's what makes the ktuner gain so much power on stock internals. A lot of people have experienced a lower knock reading compared to the stock tune too.
Hmnn definitely an ugly leader💩
The new kia K5 dusts this ugly looking car. It looks better and drives better. Honda is riding off of their old reputation.lmao
Thanks for the watch
K5 -I drove had fake leather (EX trim) no HUD ,could feel every bump in the road!
Lmfao you absolutely have no clue what your talking about this 2.0T will blow the doors off that junk kia actually this 2.0T smokes the mazdas Toyotas and nissan 4 door sedans even the camry trd can't keep up so I have no clue how your junk kia will win but keep smoking that meth your on it seems to be doing wonders for you 🤣
@@Back_door_bandit_98 ive seen the camry wuth v6 walk the accord. So it really doesnt impress me. I still believe the sonata N line is a overall better built car regardless
@Jose Alberto Rosa-Suliveres id take my chances. Call me when honda makes decent transmissions
