    This recipe serves 2, each ramekin has only 150 calories of baked oats minus the dark chocolate. Addition of dark chocolate is optional, 4 squares of dark chocolate will be roughly around 200 calories, which makes each ramekin a total of 250 calorie with the addition of 2 squares of dark chocolate, chopped. You an of course reduce the dark chocolate to reduce the calories.

    1/2 cup rolled oats
    2 dates, medjool
    5 cashew nuts
    1/3 cup water
    2 tbsp raw cacao or unsweetened cocoa powder
    1/3 tsp baking powder
    Pinch of pink himalayan salt
    1/2 banana
    a splash of vanilla extract
    3-4 square dark chocolate (optional) or can use dark chocolate chips.

    Made the same, instead used roasted instant oats as the whole oats had not yet been delivered. It turned out great. Next day even tried with the whole oats, same great taste, healthy and less in calories. Now, I make this every 15 days as a part of my cheat meal. Even my dietician loved this recipe when I shared this to her. Truly Amazing.

    hey i tried this recipe 2 times,but my brownie is always not cooked in the middle(looks perfectly fine from top).What do I do?And also which setting to use in oven while baking brownies(like top heat,top and bottom heat,top and bottom heat with fan etc.)?

    Cal count is off IMO
    For one serving which is as stated half the recipe
    ¼/4tbsp of Oats 20-25g =73-91cals
    1medjool date 20ish g =55cals
    25g banana=23cals
    2,5 cashews =21cals
    1tbsp =7g Cacao 25 cals
    = 197-205 for the batter alone
    Then the dark chocolate added
    1-2 squares of course depending on size but if 10g pr square 10-20g =60ish -120ishcals depending on brand
    If going with 20g of chocolate it will be 317- 325 cals 7g of protein 40g carbs 13g of fat that's then without the additional chopped nuts on top...
    If you only do 10g chocolate you can get it for 255, again without the added nuts on top
    But I don't think what is shown is only 10g of chocolate chunks pr ramekin...

    I just made this
    It is so bad 😨
    Yucky
    It's gooey and weird and wet
    And it's just bitter and there's not enough sweetness
    Waste of good ingredients which could have made a great breakfast

    I made on gas
    As I usually do
    It took ages
    Maybe I should have used a shallow vessel
    But didn’t really like this
    Had my doubts about water
    Milk is better maybe
    Or maybe flavour went wrong
    But even structure wise
    It was like a pudding
    🫤
    was rly disappointed
    But I had made some other recipes of oats pancakes and oats brownie with milk recipe
    That had gone well
    This was another one I felt like trying but didn’t go my way 😢

    I'm from Germany we don't measure with cups someone please tell me in grams. I weighted 1/2 cup of oats and it's about 70g oats. Is this correct??

    I made this today…..it was delicious but it didn’t have the texture of a Brownie……more like a porridge.
    It’s a good idea to serve it as a breakfast porridge, healthy, tasty and sugar free 👍

    Mam the dark chocolate or chocochips do have some form of fat I the form of butter or palmolein oil. Can you substitute the choc chips or dark choc with anything else

    Sorry!…but mine just remained raw in the middle. Not matter how much time I kept it in the oven…it was raw…like very gooey. Did not get baked at all? Any reason

    Today was the second time when I tried this recipe. For me it did not come out the way as you have shown in your video. It was gluey inspite of baking it till 35mins (180c). I am so disheartened as I was looking forward to it.

    Mam I tried your recipe....it did not come out as expected....i used brown sugar instead of dates and protein powder instead of cashews... Its consistency was different than brownie...it did not rise at all...it was like batter baked...no lightness at all

    Hello Mam, if I want to make something healthy, no second thoughts, I will always visit ur channel.. this time, I saw this recipe in the morning and did it for the afternoon dessert !! It tasted really good.. I loved the idea of the chocolate chunks on top.. it gave it a good taste.. secondly, my nuts were chunky even after grinding but it gave a nutty texture which we loved it .. thank u
