If everyone ate quantities of these 10 foods does our agriculture system have a way to supply that to everyone? How can the whole population afford to purchase that specialized diet? Shouldn’t everyone have access to healthy food & an agriculture system that provides mass quantities so everyone can be healthy? How many papayas are at your grocery? If everyone buying food today at your grocery store bought enough papaya for a week can your grocery supply that? Can our suppliers & farmers produce that quantity at a steady rate? Isn’t all this advice targeted at a specific small group of elites who can afford nutritious specialty food while the masses are missing basic nutrition? When do you think we can focus on all kids getting this quality of nutrition? Wouldn’t that be worth investing time & energy on?

    Cooking Mustard Grees:
I love all types of greens and eat them several times a week. My favorite way of preparing the more flavorful (bitter) greens is to mix them with other milder greens. One way is to mix Turnip, Collard, and Mustard greens. Another way to prepare the more intense favored greens is to sauteed them with lots of sweet onion, fresh garlic, and Thai chili peppers. If really want to take them to next level season your greens with soy sauce instead of table salt. If you like bitter greens try mixing Dandelion greens with milder greens like Kale, I always remove the fibrous stem that runs the length of the leaves. Once the stem is remove, the greens will cook in matter of minutes.

I’m on a strict budget & just buy kale & eat it raw every day with the stem because the nutrients are all that matters. If I can get enough to juice the kale with carrots & apples that’s my favorite way. Over time I am accustomed to just munching a serving of raw kale daily to save money & maintain more nutrients & fiber than cooking. Sometimes I just put kale on a sandwich, like tuna or a tofu burger. Its about the same to me as lettuce now. Its amazing how the body will accept something & find it pleasant if the nutrients are there. I find I crave kale now. 😊

Anyway, I struggle with buying produce. I try to go to farmers markets but when I just to to stores I'm unsure things are quality. I love papaya but they often look oversized. They're never ripe. I used go be able to put it in a brown bag for a few days and they'd be perfect. Now they never become ripe. Broccoli can often look discolored when you pull the sprouts apart. Five minute videos with highlighted takeaways will have more impact in terms of application of your important message. Wonderful channel. Wonderful content. Keep going. For instance, your almond flour demo is worthy of it's own video. Same with wheat and hull/chaff. Most important is to use organic almonds and organic whole wheat. Gut inflammation separate video. Absorption, separate video. Feature one super food at a time. One video on green tea. Just a suggestion so that viewers don't walk away overwhelmed.

I actually don’t agree to get a colonoscopy if your stool was negative for occult blood. Colonoscopy as any medical procedure has some risks like perforation of the colon or risk just being sedated. Less invasive test like stool test for occult blood is good enough for the initial screening. I worked in OR and I saw many patients who came after a colonoscopy for a repair of perforated colon

This lady doesn’t know what she’s talking about. In the Indian culture for thousands of years it’s been known that you have to soak your almonds overnight or for several hours and then take the skins off and then you can eat them. If you don’t do that then you’re gonna have nutritional deficiencies and get sick. Even western medicine has caught on about this and seen that the skins have lectins in them and other Chemicals that don’t allow them to be absorbed.
