    I'm reading the comments and I got so confused, I think the way to stay healthy is not only in food, but very important is where you live, what people are surrounding you, your relationship with your family your level of stress and your mind is influencing a lot your state of health.

      You were smart to refuse chemo...Dr Berg was explaining that you have chemo, it misses a few cells and they come back immune to that chemo so they do a stronger chemo and the cycle repeats until you can't have anymore chemo...while the poison chemo has destroyed your immune system....happy to hear you are doing so well !

      Sour sop and moringa tea.
      I had a neighbor who had stage 4 colon cancer. Doctors gave him six months and said little they could hope for. He began a regiment of sour sop fruit twice a day and moringa tea four times a day. In 9 months, he rang the cancer free bell at the hospital. The doctors were shocked at his recovery.
      I had many polops in my colon and started drinking sour sop juice and moringa tea . This last colonoscopy I had three weeks ago found zero polops and a very clean colon. The doctor said, "Keep doing whatever you're doing."

    My 88 year old Dad has stage 4 adenocarcinoma. Colon cancer. He was given 3 to 6 months to live over a year ago. He did have a bowel surgery to remove main tumor. He eats oatmeal in morning. Lunch, dinner high in veg and fruit. We ensure he has lot of social and emotional connections. No meds other than BP. No chemo. 18 months after dx, He's still puttering around. It's been a warm winter and we can still pick kale in our garden and put in soups.
    Thanks for your info. I've had several stressful years and trying to make changes to support my own health.

It is just a big business to dry out your wallet. So now i choose my food as my medicine. I always eat healthy (real food) and my health and vitality became so well. The doctors diagnosed me with depression and anxiety for six years because I couldn't breathe and I had a lot of anxiety due to my symptoms, "I was suffocating all the time." You can eat cancer up when you fast and force autophagy and keto diet one meal a day, no sugar because sugar feeds cancer. Carbs, even starchy ones turn into sugar and still feed cancer, so no carbs. Salad with cruciferous vegetables should be cool though with healthy fat meal just cut out carbs from starch and sugar, keep fibre and fat. A bit of protein but not too much cause protein t urns to sugar if you have too much via gluconeogenesis,

    Thank you Dr Liu for making such informative and helpful lecture videos!
    Since RUclips showed me one of your videos last week, I have subscribed and watched so many and learned so much. Eighteen months ago I learned I have Congestive Heart Failure (a fib too) and my Dad died a week after I left the hospital and I became very depressed. Your lectures have been very motivating to eat better, I usually eat fairly well (like rolled oats, blueberries, flaxseeds, walnuts and matcha together for breakfast, and lots of veggies) but this past year has been hard so I gravitated to quick, unhealthy and processed foods, and sadly, I have a terrible sweet tooth.
    Your lectures are helping me to understand more about the "why" behind certain foods which I find fascinating and motivating. Thank you for making these videos!

  • @JessicaMessica24
    @JessicaMessica24 13 дней назад +19

    Be careful with shiitake mushrooms. Some people are allergic to the uncooked mushroom, which is the only form you get the lentinan. If the mushroom is cooked, you cook off the lentinan. I learned this the hard way and got a major rash all over my body. In American, most companies sell the mushrooms with a warning to "cook before consuming."

      I buy ground flaxseed seed and sprinkle onto my favorite breakfast cereal consisting of chopped walnuts, pecans, coconut meat, millet, dried fruit, and almond milk. I also have a small greenish banana, half or whole boiled egg, and some lightly-salted pistachios. Of course, a cup of green tea followed by coffee rounds out that very healthy breakfast.
      And yes, the ground flaxseed is kept refrigerated.

    Your little dig at the US about the depression is incorrect. During the depression in the US, the government created a food program that bought surplus food from farmers (which allowed to actually make money rather than lose it by growing food) and distributed it to people in need for free. It is how many people survived and served as a model for aid in the future.
