Those clips are certainly look easier the feeding the poles through the mesh sleeves on the inner of my Wildcountry Trisar 2. Can't justify a new tent though is I've hardly used my Trisar 2. Must do more camping this year. Definitely a 2 man tent is more suitable for a solo camper with photography gear. Happy Camping! 😀
Nice one Alastair. As you say, landscape photographers always like the bit of extra space. I use the Quasar, almost bomb-proof in the mountains, but the extra weight coupled with all the other things you are carrying is a killer. Regards - John
Thinking about getting one of these for backpack elk hunting. I like the older dark green/grey color version but can't find it anymore. Even the yellow ones are getting scarce now. How has it held up? Are you still happy with it?
