well to be honest almost any camera is good for photography like i have a canon 600d that's like a decade or so old and its still great not surprising that a camera thats 10 years newer can also take good photos
One thing I've noticed is the prices of cameras are twice the price compared from 10 years ago but the megapixel count is the same. I have an Sony Nex 5n and the fullHD video is great if you have correct light setup and the photos are great too if you have good light setup. It's would be interesting if you bought a older sony camera and took the same picture. Would it show that much of a difference?
The megapixels aren't the only important thing. TVs have been 4K for a long time now. More pixels only means larger photo, not better quality. In fact, you could argue that fewer pixels means better quality. It depends. I don't know if I would get the same results with an older camera. It depends on the camera.
photo capabilities are kind of equal all things considered, the newer cameras are way better at video than the older ones. but for photo, any camera in the last 12-15 years is going to be awesome
@@WasionKey that is true, but only when it comes to photo quality. There are features on some cameras for specific types of photography that some absolutely need. For example, cameras are capable of faster shooting today, so wildlife or sports photographers have better options. Or focus bracketing and stacking is great for food and macro photographers.
this is so good with videography as well. I saw many short movies.
It is pretty good.

That's exactly right. As long as it has a decently sized sensor and manual controls, it will be good for photography.
@@visualsbyst indeed
The pictures are so cool :)
Thanks!

I chose the canon EOS r50 over this
