Super job Ken, that cart will be around for a long time and much better than the one offered in stores. Thanks and take care

That's a helluva cart! For $500 you can build the Cadillac cart, that's for sure.

That Lincoln cart on my small welder I bought 14 years ago for $179. It’s hard to imagine they want so much for it now.

lol you start each cut with 'yeah' ........ hey man nice carts. I remember you made a sweet cart for the south bend years ago too

Yes I did make a cart for the South Bend. I took the lathe off of the cart and still have it if I need to move it.

My brother passed away last month. I ended up with his welder. It's a millermatic 130 I think. I do not have a bottle of argon yet but am going to add it. IT has the gauges for it etc. I bet it's not been used 30 minutes since it was new and he had had it since he built his hot rod cars like 12 years ago. Pretty nice welder really. I Tried it out but without the gas the welds do not look very good LOL

You can use flux core wire in it. But it will work much better with argon snd co2

16:40 might be nice to take some garden hose and slit it down the length and slide it over those radius cuts so your tanks have a little cushion to rest against

I could do that. Those radius’s actually turned out great.

Ken, not sure why you made it so flimsy? LOL All kidding aside, Great Job on the cart. Will we see you at the bash or will you be chasing the lady's around Colombia? Again, Great build. Gary

I don't understand why almost everyone builds these straight wheels in back. I hated that I could not move mine sideways so my last build has casters at all four rollers. I like the door to hold stuff inside so they don't get grinder dust all over them. I would make the tank easier to remove without the bottom lip which requires lifting it off. I hinged flap at the bottom allows it to slide down off the perch and when folding up holds the bottom in place. I have to build a new one now. My shop is always full, so I want one as narrow as I can, the wheels sticking out no good for me.

It’s much easier to move with straight wheels on the back. Especially if it’s real heavy.

    how you like the 210?

It works great. I like it. 220 amps in a small welder. But I haven’t used it much yet. Most of the work was done with the 140C welder. It was just kind of s hassle to use it since I didn’t have a cart for it. The next project I will use it a lot.
