Dude it's the little things that make the difference. The one handed tig rod concept was genius with just a simple tapped hole and washer. If i had to describe your method in one word, it would be "deliberate". You've motivated me to upgrade my current home-made welding cart. I'll be sure to reference this video!
Thanks, I know such a simple method can make a big difference.
Love these little upgrades, I’m using an old toolbox for my cart, it’s in need of some upgrades like this.
Very, very nice rebuild. Love the use of levels, squares and 1-2-3 blocks. Very professional work. Thank you for the video.
Thanks!
Excellent Ratha! Great job!
Very nice man. Really digging it. I also "customized" my HF cart to accommodate twin tanks for my multiprocessor machine. Always a fan of personalizing your equipment to make it work 100% for your needs.
Thats awesome!
Excellent! I like the dual tank locking bar/latch setup. And the filler rod organization/storage! Thanks Ratha!
Your welcome!
The cart You are modifying is very, very similar to one I built for my Tig/Stick welder. I'm still using it after 20+ years. I liked the mods. Nice Job!
That’s awesome so hopefully the one I make should hold up as long.
Dude. I was literally just rewatching your cart build yesterday. About to finally build one from your plans.
Perfect timing😁.
Ratha. Nice modifications. Some of the simplest things can make large improvements. I particularly like the addition of the screw and washer to secure the rod tubes as well as the divider. Demon
Thanks William
Very nice. Attention to detail and make it look presentable. You get my vote! I also have the Squarewave 200.
Awesome I’m glad to part SW200 club.
Washer and screw, brilliant. 3-d printed divider, awesome. Well done
I know right I was looking for a simple but effective solution.
Sweet! I like how you locked the tubes from rotating in a round hole.
Me too! It got annoying when trying to unscrew the filler rod tube. The simple washer trick to lock the tube from spinning did the job!
Great job mate I’m still learning so watching your channel helps heaps. So thanks for sharing
Your welcome, Glad it has help. 🤙🏾
Love these little upgrades! Thanks for video!
You bet!
Very though out, that's a great looking cart! Nice job!
Thanks
Great Plans... I modified the plans to make room for MIG and Flux Core welder and my Plasma cutter. Put the lower two shelves on drawer slides so I can fully pull out my welders to access them. Weight is counter balanced by weight of gas cylinders. Thanks
That’s a great idea on the slides. Nice work
Very nice. Thank you for making a well produced video.
Thanks
🔥🔥🔥 Great video per usual!
Love the Safety Crocs!!!!!
got love them safety Crocs!!!! lol 😂
Very nice job !!!
Thank you! Cheers!
Well made,nice design to.
Thanks
Great videos man, keep em coming.
Thanks Randy!
Great job, looks great!
Appreciate it!
Nice one brother!!...I am very novice at this. I can't even weld a straight line. Hopefully I can build a cart that won't fall apart. Thanks for the video.
Practice makes progress. You’ll get there with some hood/burn time
Love the videos man keep them coming
I’ll do my best!
Great job!
Go Hawks bro! Cheers from Auburn, WA 👊🏼
Nice presentation 👍
Thanks 😊!
Excellent!!!
🙏🏽
I am currently building this cart based off of your blueprints and I'm almost done so happy with the design!
That’s Awesome! Are you making it to fit two machines or just one for now?
I currently own the miller multimatic 220 which can do tig mig and stick so one machine but two bottles of gas can be attached.
Awesome that’s a great machine ! If your IG send me pic when your done with your cart build. Thanks
@@RathaSochenda does your bottle holder come out 7" or 7.5" my tank is also a 150 but I want to make sure when I buy my tank of argon that both fit
In my area when I swap 150cf tanks they come in both diameters. I designed to fit the the larger 7.5”. This way it makes it interchangeable. But normally tell my welder supply to swap it to the larger tank bc it’s normally what I see stocked and I like to keep it consistent
Хорошая тележка для сварки 👍 А трубки для хранения сварочных прутков, очень хороши, с отдельными ячейками, у нас таких нет.
love it bro good Job
Appreciate it
Good job
Thanks
Nice job.i m a welder too.regreats from Portugal 👍👨🏭
Thank you
I really like your videos, in order for me to do what you, first I have to be able to afford a three door garage house. Where I live a house this big would cost about 3 million dollars. So I think it would be cheaper for me to just continue to watch what you do.
Dam… where do you live ?
Great video Ratha! By chance do you have a garage walk around/build video so we can see your set up/storage solutions also? Keep’em coming! 👌🏾
Thanks Jairo. A walk around around garage has been suggested many times. So I guess ill have to make a video in the near future.
Great video 👍👍👍
Glad like it! And thanks for watching
That is Nice
Rocking the Safety Crocs yeahhhh booooy
Croc life yo 😂
Post more videos dope fab and edit
Thanks
Красавчик молодчик!
🔥🔥🔥🔥
Korean number ONE welder here. 1st one to comment.
🤙🏾
Again Home Run!
Thanks!
shop crocs go hard
Only way ! 😂
They make 90’s for the gas line o the covers fit better as well as allow closer proximity of objects or bottles near the rear of the welders. FYI
So*
Nice
👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽
Nice way to use the welder to make the welder better...
Using to tools to make tools
You have a MASSIVE shop. NICE JOB BUDDY
How much TIG filler wire do you have?
Thanks! It’s just the standard 3 car garage size.
Great video as always 👌
Which mic are you using, while talking to the camera?
Hi Christoph. I use the Rode Lavalier GO with the Rode Wireless GO plugged up to mic port of my DSLR Camera. Then I edit the audio in post with Audacity. After I dial it all in it has worked out great for the price you pay. Hope that helps!
@@RathaSochenda thanks very much. Your audio is really top notch 👌
Anytime. Thanks!
Yo Ratha... you think you could give us a garage tour? I’m digging your layout. Thx
It’s in the works. Thanks
I know it's probably a personal preference but before you extended the middle shelf I was thinking why not just switch machine locations. The tig would've already fit at the top and the shorter mig machine would've fit on the middle shelf. Either way it made for good content and I love your channel. I think it has the potential to be huge and hopefully bring you some $. I would try to start reminding viewers to like and subscribe to help grow your channel.
Yeah I tried that... but you loose access to the door that opens to the mig spool wire as it will hit the frame if its in the middle rack... Reason for me moving the mig machine on the very top rack... Thanks for the tips and for watching🤙
Ratha Sochenda, I would like to ask you if I make a cart welding with four wheels in the back it will be easy to handle when I move the cart in different directions?
Not sure
Awesome build man, love the divider for the filler tubes. Would you mind sharing the .stl?
Yeah no problem I’ll let you know when I get posted up on thingaverse for people to download
@@RathaSochenda Awesome! I appreciate it.
@@PROxTRICKSHOTZ1 Cool see the link for the stl file for the divider. Hope this helps www.thingiverse.com/thing:5234253/files link can also be found in the video description.

Hi, can you tell me what's the brand and model of your Welding Helmet Light and where I can purchase it?
Viking 3350 I think there’s a link the video description for more info on it
Where do you put your welding rods
Tubes
why did you choose the Lincoln electric welder?
I got them both for a great deal when buying used. And they seem to do the job I need. Its something I would recommend if you want something in the middle not cheap but not too expensive.

I would say if you want to promote your PDF plans for sale do it earlier in the video. =)
Like, "Here is my old cart. I have plans for sale if you would like to make this yourself. blah blah, now let's modify it!"
Thanks I’ll give that a try.
