Love this video! No stupid talking, no stupid music, no stupid opening, no stupid break taken to play with your pet or small talk passers by. Just good informative content. I appreciate this format so much. Side note: You should sell plans for that welding cart.
Thank you for sharing I'm in a wheelchair and I want to make a welding table but not to big just looking at many video's to see what kind I'm going to make. By far the best one I seen yet for me.
Thank you very much. It might be not ideal for you in this particular hight and weight. It’s pretty heavy but i think you could alter the design to make it a bit lower and maybe with a smaller bottle. I think you could use the space underneath to get closer with your wheelchair. And im sure you could fold out the table part if you make it a bit lighter as well.
@@Ollaris thank you yes I was thinking the same thing I'll just get smaller square tubing and make it to my hight 32-34" . I have done many drawings of just the table I like the set up for the welder your right I probably won't have the bottles but I will make a spot for them just in case. I'll find some good casters for the table. There is a store in Berkeley California just for industrial casters they have all types of wheels. I have a place for the table but if I need to move it to a diffrent location I want to be able to move it. I see other people making welding table but they need a Crain to move them. I don't want my welding table like that. I know what you mean about the small table being heavy. It's like my GMC Suburban tail gate it is very heavy to lift even the back door over the tail gate with the window very heavy to lift I couldn't lift it because I was sitting to low.
I just picked up a new multi-process welder, and need to build a new cart. This is the perfect idea for my hobby shop. Having that folding extension is a brilliant idea. Nice work sir!!
A lot of thought and design went into that project. You are most likely someone who lays awake at night and designs things over and over in your head … til you finally doze off,, I can understand that, I find myself doing the same thing. Great creativity !
This is amazing man. Thank you for sharing this with us. Just got a new welder myself, and been trying to figure out how I'd have space for a table, and this is the absolute perfect solution. Thank you!
I like your design for that fold down wing. It's flat, quick to set up and take down, has adjustable feet, and takes little to no storage space. All the best features for a good quality, portable welding table. Nice! I built my table with slide out wings for both sides, but they don't store with the table, and they take a little more room to store.
@@Ollaris Yes, I completely understand what you say about the weight! My main table is 39" X 48" (w/o ext) and very heavy to move around, even with good castors. Each extension gives me another 3' on both sides (totaling 10' in overall length for large jobs) but adds a lot more weight. That was why I decided to make them slide out instead of folding, but I really do like the compact folding design of yours. Since it's such a beast to push around, I also made a 2' X 3' top (1/4" thick) that quickly fastens to my Harbor Freight 1,000 lb lift table, and that's often what I use for smaller jobs. It works great, moves around easily, I can set the table at any height I want, and when I'm done I just remove the top and store it out of the way on my lumber cart. I find myself using this one way more than I ever thought I would because it's so handy, and if I'm working on a taller project, I just drop the table and it makes everything so much easier to reach. I'm looking forward to seeing what you build with your new anvil and table.
That is a VERY nice Welding Cart. I have one that I am working on that has the welder, plasma cutter and gas torches all in one, but I don't think it will roll in the Florida sand to well. This is he only video I have seen that gave me welder Flash Burns to my eyes. I am still seeing spots.
I watched this because the pop up table intrigued me. Excellent idea and excellent build on the cart entirely. I will be adding a pop up to my cart ASAP.
Very creative, love the folding table. I used to keep my gloves flat on the bottom of my cart and then I found a mouse had moved into them. 🙀 now I clip them onto the side of the cart with the ground clamp!
Wow! That's one hell of an idea and table/cart. Love it and have been trying to find good ideas about this build for my new welder and tanks. Thanks again for the straight and to the point video. Have a good one brother!
I have to say with no doubt that you have built the best welding cart that I have ever seen built on RUclips. I love how you use that round stock and put it on for the handle with notching around stock to match the square stock. I have never seen anyone do that. So once I get the technique memorize I'm definitely claiming it for myself telling everybody I came up with that idea -) but seriously I don't even know how you came up with that idea for that cable to come out. I don't think there's a part of that cart that I don't love. I honestly think I'm going to give it a try over the winter since all my projects are normally done by then. I've been looking for something to do during the winter since I'm retired and I'm not going to go outside in the cold. I rather spend it in my garage working on something. I must definitely hit the subscribe button and the like button. I'm really looking forward to seeing more of your work.
Here are pics. I moved the feet out for stability and added a second table. instagram.com/p/CEnP2w9DmuL25CeQrFDJ1PiG4CRJ-0LDf3QANw0/?igshid=w933wxaihc8k
thank you for sharing this great video, just picked up a mig and I'm looking for ideas on how to get setup in my shop, this is great nice work . M from Calgary Alberta Canada
Perfect! Love the space saving thought put into this. Having a space tight workshop I think this will be my next build. Currently I’ve converted a small shopping cart into a mobile stand but still have to roll it over to a table so this idea nails two birds with one stone! Thanks for sharing👍🏻 I’m sold and a new sub now😉
Yeah very well done! I am going make one for my AHP 201xd. Love the design and the table is brilliant. Good work. I will have to watch the video over and over until i cam make custom plans for my welder. Cool new project
I love the video! Only suggestion I would have is to spot weld a piece of steel cable from the pins that hold the table to the frame, so that when it's folded out, they're always right where you need them, and far less likely to lose them!
Ollari's Awesome! Love your videos, production style is very captivating yet not too overwhelming! Keep up the great work! Hoping for a collab with Jimmy DiResta in the future!
Nice welding cart and the side table is an excellent idea. Just needs an adjustable swing stool and you are all set for when you weld up sub assemblies.
Thank you Mark! The stool is something to consider. I don’t really know if it would be stable enough to sit on, although the big bottle is a nice counterweight.
This is a wonderful project. It brings me ideas to do this with my own welding machine. Just brilliant how you use the folding table in the cart. In this way, this takes up little space to store and you always have everything, wherever you go. I'll keep following you, I'm a fan!!!
That. Is. AWESOME. My first welding cart was too bulky and I have no room in my garage for a table so I was thinking about making a table/cart combo but never could figure out the mechanism. I may have to rebuild mine using your ideas!
3:48 kakoii na! (cool) Last day, I tried to make trailer for use in my farm, but connecting arm was broken because of too small, I'll try again. I look up your skill. from Japan
Awesome build ! When using a chop saw cutting long lengths, block support your piece at the distant end. Not sure if you have ever had a issue without doing so but it's done in carpentry and long length of plumbing pvc drain pipe for best accuracy cuts.
Dope! Only thing I’d change about your design is making the footprint a little wider/bigger to improve the stability so it won’t topple over on uneven terrain. Maybe some large tires as well. Great craftsmanship in this build! Thanks for the straight up video with no bullshit commentary, just some blood sweat and tears and a helluva benchcart
That was a sweet welding table & great video. No talking...no crappy techno music...just the natural sound of welding fabrication. Thanks!
Thank you very much! Glad you like it!
Nothing left but to say " Thanks for the idea. Your instructions methods tips and shortcuts are likewise much appreciated"
Thanks a lot!

Thanks! I take that in consideration!
Beautiful. Thanks. Great folding table. Love the torch holder. One day, I'll grow up and attach a folding table to my cart.
GREAT JOB!!!! From a retired welder.
Thank you very much! That is really nice to hear from a pro!
Thank you for sharing I'm in a wheelchair and I want to make a welding table but not to big just looking at many video's to see what kind I'm going to make. By far the best one I seen yet for me.

Thank you very much KC! That’s exactly how that goes! 😅😂
Looking to build a cart for my new welder. This is a really great example of a well designed cart. Well done !
Lovely concept and gives courage to non-welders like myself to give it a try! Thanks!
This is amazing man. Thank you for sharing this with us. Just got a new welder myself, and been trying to figure out how I'd have space for a table, and this is the absolute perfect solution. Thank you!
Glad you enjoyed it!

Terrific design!! I have got to build one of these for exactly the reasons you did! I'll probably watch this 30 times. :)
Thank you very much! Glad it inspires you to make one!
What a true craftsman. I wish I had half that skill.
Thank you very much!
Man probably the best build I've seen on youtube.. well thought out.
Thank you very much!

so far coolest welding cart I ever see
Thank you very much!

simple and best weld table. This type of things Inspires me most.
Great job
Thanks!

Thank you very much! Good idea!Haha! You didn’t use them very often huh?
Do you offer a set of plans that I can follow to make this? This looks like the perfect table for me
Wow! That's one hell of an idea and table/cart. Love it and have been trying to find good ideas about this build for my new welder and tanks. Thanks again for the straight and to the point video. Have a good one brother!

Very cool man I'm needing to build a welding cart for mine never thought of adding a table to it to awsome

Thanks a lot I really appreciate it!
Thanks, I built a cart that was a variation of your design and it worked great
Awesome!

Very good stuff! I'll do this myself! Good luck to the author, and greetings from Russia!
Thank you very much!
There's something really satisfying watching metal get welded then ground smooth.
Another nice and very functional build!
I love it too! Thanks Don!
thank you for sharing this great video, just picked up a mig and I'm looking for ideas on how to get setup in my shop, this is great nice work . M from Calgary Alberta Canada
Thank you very much!
Dude! If I ever start welding I’m building this. Awesome idea. Calming video. Great work Seb.
Thanks my friend!
What a great idea. The table would be great for cart I've got my powertig welder on.
One of the best welding carts ive seen!
Thank you very much!

You should sell these. Best one I seen so far.
Really a smart welder... Each and every bit of cutting and placing.. Excellent..
Awesome work man
I was just starting to plan this and thought
“hmm, surely someone has already done this”
You did not disappoint
Tip- put the spot on the inner edges and it gets easier to square the frame.
Thanks! I remember it for the next time!
I love the video! Only suggestion I would have is to spot weld a piece of steel cable from the pins that hold the table to the frame, so that when it's folded out, they're always right where you need them, and far less likely to lose them!
Yes! Ive done that since than using some chains
Ollari's Awesome! Love your videos, production style is very captivating yet not too overwhelming! Keep up the great work! Hoping for a collab with Jimmy DiResta in the future!

Parabéns pelo trabalho feito, serve de referência para fazer uma dessa para nossas máquinas de solda, ficou muito boa!!!
Wow I’m impressed. Very very clever design.
Thanks Brad!

That is a cool cart. That would be a great addition to my everlast welder.
Отличная работа,спасибо за идею,успехов Вам!

Thanks John!
Love the folding extention! Thanks for sharing.

Brilliant work, dude! Really nice! 😀
Thanks man!
This is a wonderful project.
It brings me ideas to do this with my own welding machine.
Just brilliant how you use the folding table in the cart. In this way, this takes up little space to store and you always have everything, wherever you go.
I'll keep following you, I'm a fan!!!
Thanks a lot Christofix!
Muy buen trabajo un suscriptor mas. Like comparte las medidas
The best welding cart on youtube !!!
Thank you!
Alguien le de al muchacho una cerveza... Bien se lo a ganado... 😀👍
es mas facil con hilo ?? porque no uso 6013??
Great job - you made it look so easy.
Thanks for taking the time to upload the video.
All the best from Australia.
Que capricho!!!!
Parabéns pelo projeto
👏👏👏👏👏
That. Is. AWESOME. My first welding cart was too bulky and I have no room in my garage for a table so I was thinking about making a table/cart combo but never could figure out the mechanism. I may have to rebuild mine using your ideas!
Thanks!
Parabéns brother, vou copiar seu projeto.
Hehe eu também !
Quando pensamos que já vimos de tudo aí vem você e faz esta marilha de mesa (bancada) multifuncional. Parabéns pelo projeto.
Muito bom!
Parabéns!
Well done mate. Innovative design and completely functional.
Thanks?
Muito bem legal
Very nice project with interesting design. Congratulations and thanks.
Dude, this is very cool! Watching from Russia! Health to you and your loved ones!

Hi. I inspire from your project and now i start to build a welding cart for myself. Cheers from Romania.
Thank you very much! Greetings from Hungary.

Excellent design with the table, I'm in the same boat. Now I've gotta figure out a similar grid/edge table for plasma cutting on the other side.
Thanks, I’ve done a video about that too! 😉
Nice trolley. Like the idea of fold-away table.
Thank you Eddie!
I love your idea for the table extensions. I don't have much space either and that design would be great for my everlast welder.
Thanks Walter!
That’s a pretty awesome track saw hack! Thanks for the tip!
Tips and tricks aside, great design and execution. (Now that i’ve finished watching)
Thanks Chris! Yeah, I had doubts how well the hardboard holds while cutting metal, but it got barely warm.
Great design! Compact, yet good storage and nice-sized work surface. Thanks for sharing!
Thanks Seth!
WOW man that is fantastic! Great job, and thank you for taking the time to film and share!
Thank you very much for watching!
Excellent craftsmanship! Nice design, looks very practical. Well done!
Thanks Brad!
Great design! Probably should have put the table on the other side for better access for changing the wire, but very awesome overall.
great job really like the way the table and legs fold
Thanks John
Buen modelo para la soldadora gracias por tu idea copiaré tu modelo, gracias
Máster class. Congratulations. Greetings from Aguascalientes Mexico.
Now this is a brilliant idea and very nicely done! I will be doing this after I finish my saunaproject. Thanks for sharing this!! 🙏
For work, mobile and store all weld tools, great project!
Thank you!
The folding table made me shook, really awesome cart dude👍

nice build. I'm getting ideas from all over and you're take on a cart is a good one! Well done.
Con que soladadora la hiciste?? Estabas usando gas o solo el microalambre flux

Excellent work! Tomorrow I start to make my version inspired by your solution - enabling both welding and woodworking.
Thank you very much! Great, have fun and stay safe!
