    Thank you chef! Really pointed out all my mistakes! No wonder my pork chop not nice, I used pork loin (like you said, also use mallet to soften it LOL) and fried too long because worried it will be raw.

    Wagyu beef feeds on grass, full of omega 3. Pigs are mostly grain fed and the fats are mostly omega 6, which can be inflammatory. That’s the reason wagyu beef is so expensive. Anyway, pork is not too bad. Only thing, don’t eat the fat pork with high carbohydrates

    I like your recipes but fat or thin externally has nothing to do with cholesterol & tryglycerides(fat in the blood).
    Pork also has the most bacteria that doesn’t die easily - must be cooked well.

    The Okinawa eat fish bodoh. Not fatty pork. U wait chef... 1 day u sure got heart attack.
