That's so cool, Aimee! My recommendation is to try it freshly cut, as it's still deliciously creamy and the scent isn't too strong. I don't find the flavour of prepackaged durian to be as nice. ~ Mandy
Hello pocahoetaz! We are actually, in real time, apart as we wanted to spend Christmas with our respective parents... so Lee's in the UK and I'm in New Zealand 🤗😁 Wel'll be meeting up in Portugal in February to housesit. Re: RUclipsLand... we've got 2 more Thailand videos, 1 video of Auckland, NZ, and then it'll be my Journey to Wellness series (so I'd better hurry up and finish them 🤣). Then it's onto our Sri Lanka series, and then the Philippines... so there are loads more frugal travel vlogs to come! Thank you for always being so kind and supportive! 🤗😁 ~ Mandy
Hi Mandy, how i wish we had markets in the UK with all those wonderful things and also the prices! I love Chiang Mai it has just about everything for me and also i like visiting Mae Hong Son, cheers and thanks.
Hello ThaiBillyBoy! It's always so lovely to hear from you... and how cool that you first started commenting on our Krakow videos back in 2020... and we're now finally in Thailand so it matches your name! 😀🤗👍 Isn't Chiang Mai amazing! If it wasn't for the burning of the surrounding rice fields in March, it would be perfect! As it is, it's pretty close. Take care of yourself, and we hope to hear from you again soon.
Mandy, thank you very much for touring the market. The fruits look fresh, some of the fruits are expensive such as durian. Mango and tangerine are good price, I love them. 😋 Was the big papaya 87 cents? I agree with Mandy regarding plastic bags. The dried squids, shrimp and dried fish are impressive. The Chinese church is beautiful. The basement food court looks good and has good prices. This video is fun and educational. I am looking forward to the next video. 😊
I am so pleased you enjoyed this video, Sue. Markets are always fascinating, and Warorot Market was no exception! That big papaya was US$0.87... such excellent value, and it was delicious 😋😁 Thank you so much for taking the time to write such a wonderful comment, Sue. It always make us so happy to hear from you, and words just can't express how much we value your support and positivity 🤗🥰 ~ Mandy
Thank you so much, Philip, for sharing this information about the banana leaves, as I had no idea what they were for! I really appreciate it 🙏😁 ~ Mandy
Hello Taieri! That's exactly what my New Zealand family say about showing NZ$! Our main audiences are actually from the UK, USA and Canada, so we should really show Canadian $$ 😁😊 Easy hack: double the £ amount, and that's almost spot on to the Aussie $ 👍👏
Markets are always so intimidating for me. You make it look so easy! Cool as a cucumber as they say. 😉. Well done!
Thank you so much, Caryn! That's such a lovely compliment, and I greatly appreciate your kindness and positivity. Thank you, my friend xx😁🥰
It's on my bucket list to try durian.

I assume you two stay at home now are there gonna be some vlogs from your country too? I'd love too see it, have a great week!
