    Nice looking up date report! . i would like to see another video with Wilma n Greg sit down for breakfast or coffee in a nice place . when you are ready

    Been watching from very early - it's come together so nicely. In California - this would be a $2.5 million dollar house. And you have all the sunshine you can handle. I'm really happy for you and Wilma.

      I need to video them. They ended up looking basically the same as the last update. I thought there were more to the process, but I guess I was wrong. Anticlimactic

    I have enjoyed all your videos. We built 5 years ago and now we are looking for land by the ocean like you for a second go at it. I have a harder time living in Minnesota and doing every thing remotely.

    I guess you will have some cabinets in the garage for tools garden equipment etc so much of the balakbayan boxes will disappear into there

    Thanks for the update, and the brownouts have been more frequent in the last month or two for you guys. Things are coming along nicely, and you just need to enjoy all that you have, and I am sure you realize the light at the end of the tunnel is very near. Looks like the Jets have Rogers as your teams new QB for 2023. I wish your team luck with him, as he is one of the best in the NFL. 😊

      Lol, remember me saying once I move in this area brown outs would start happening. Just my luck. 39 year old QB, following in the footsteps of Farve. I'm not really liking the move. Will be interesting to see though.

      I'm going to pick that piece up myself with my truck. I did do a video awhile back showing the kitchen island being delivered on a trike. It's named our granite is delivered.

      I have never seen artificial grass here. However we are starting to plan out landscaping plants, trees and grass now. Thanks for commenting.

    Preparing for brownouts, and other issues is a must out in the provinces. Good thing you have a generator... now get it up and tested.

    One thing good to have is seams in the concrete so you have crack control. Maybe it so hot there cracks in concrete not so bad. Watch out for plant trees to close to concrete as roots will life & crack the concrete.

      So many dont make crack control joints. Probably a good idea though. No frost so that helps. We plan to have joints for the driveway.

      We have the hook up ready to go in the dirty kitchen, but Wilma wants a slop sink instead. We are so used to taking our laundry to be done for us, we are going to continue. Good question.

      Yes, good purchase. You have to have a generator for any power failures, especially typhoons etc.

    Be nice if the land owner make a homeowner's association so have some rules about what activity permitted in neighborhood, for instance limit # of dogs & no roasters, no pigs.

      There is rules for the subdivision. 6 foot high fence max, no farm animals, dogs on a leash if outside property, only concrete homes. That's about it.

    I have been creating a small lawn of frog grass if I was you I would get a company to come and turf it for you because that is a big area and you need good size turfs with mine it’s all come in small bits that will be a nightmare to plant in such a big area

    Hey guys, you sure about the epoxy in the sun for that concrete? I did the garage and it warns about sunlight. The apron to the garage turned really white and dried bleach looking.

      I will be looking at the label before buying. Contractor suggested a certain brand he uses around pools.
