This is one of those songs that keeps getting better the more I hear it. It's been covered eleventy brazillion times in every genre by everybody from Dream Theater all the way down to your grandma singing along with her washing machine, and I've never heard a bad version of it. And they have (at least) two dozen songs that are just as good. There has never been anything like Depeche Mode.
My mom and dad both love DM and I grew up listening to them along with The Cure, The Smiths, New Order and the like. I can't thank my parents enough for having such good music taste. I've seen them live twice with both parents and it was all our first time seeing them. Let me just say Dave still rocks it onstage. He's still got the moves and he still rocks leather pants with no shirt and looks damn good doing it!
Your parents raised you right. I try to play it for my 15 year old, but she turns up her nose and calls it "Mom's Golden Oldies". I don't know what I did wrong!
It wasn't hard for us old folks (we're old now anyway, lol) to have good taste in music. We got lucky, the 80's and 90's had some of the best music. Luckily my boys, 18 & 22, really enjoy my 80's music as well as some older 60' & 70's rock.
Just saw them live at the Pepsi center/Ball arena in denver last night. They sound the exact same as on youtube and were such incredible performers! I was blown away. Best concert I have ever been to. Depeche Mode fuckin rocks!#2023

Still love my fellas. I've seen them 16 times in concert starting in 1983. Saw them 1993 at Frank Erwin Center Austin, TX. Dave was strung out on H and swaying but that voice never faltered. Dave Gahan is one of my favorite singers of all time. I miss my goth years and clove cigarettes but people change.
Thank you. 52 years young and been a fan of Depeche for nearly 40 years. Lucky enough to have seen them at Manchester Apollo in the early days. Moved from small town in Scotland to Manchester at 16 and were playing following weekend. Through handing the writing to Martin Gore around the same time their music has carried them to legendary status. Just Cant Get Enough, Somebody. Blasphemous Rumours, Personal Jesus, Precious,, Cover Me etc etc etc. Heartfelt, Thought provoking, thankfully political ,but ultimately, genuine genius from a legendary band
It’s so cool when our teenage daughter (15) actively seeks out DM and listening to her acknowledgement that their music is far superior to any current content out now. So like any good dad would do, I’ve bought her a few DM vinyls to enjoy at her leisure.
Depeche has helped me through rough parts of my life more times than I can count. Grateful to have been blessed with the fortune to have seen them playing live but I'm most grateful for them sharing their talent and raw & authentic emotions (from pain to glory) expressed through their inspiring music.
They've definitely been the soundtrack to so many of my experiences. I was young in the early 90s, but I still remember the first time I really felt something when listening to their music

I'm a 28 year old guy I didn't grew up with Depeche Mode. But someone recommended them on Reddit about two years ago. Now I'm such a big fan of them. Depeche Mode is a legendary band according to me. I didn't even liked dark music before them but there is something so unique about their dark sound that I couldn't help myself but listen to them on loop!!

One of the few constants in this ridiculous world you can go back to anytime, any place, and still get those same feelings rushing back just like the first time you heard each and every song. And maybe it's just me, but I have very clear memories of the first time I heard every single one of their songs. Right from Policy Of Truth as a kid about 5 or 6 years old in the car with my dad (he was a fan as well), to this song (I Feel You) at around 26 years old at my first waitressing job which happened to be at a strip club lol and one of the girls danced to it in her set.

They'd be blasting that Aqua Net in their hair, getting that flip up style with their bangs. Lmao. Good times bro! Got a chance to see them in San Antonio, Texas this past year. Took 3 days off from work, and drove 360 miles. Took my girl, some friends and invited my 2 sis' along as well, who had no idea they were touring. I wasn't gonna miss a chance to finally see these legends, especially knowing they are more than likely at the end of their musical careers. One of the best memories I will ever fucking have, was seeing Depeche Mode!

Still love my fellas. I've seen them 16 times in concert starting in 1983. Saw them 1993 at Frank Erwin Center Austin, TX. Dave was strung out on H and swaying but that voice never faltered. Dave Gahan is one of my favorite singers of all time. I miss my goth years and clove cigarettes but people change.

Thank you. 52 years young and been a fan of Depeche for nearly 40 years. Lucky enough to have seen them at Manchester Apollo in the early days. Moved from small town in Scotland to Manchester at 16 and were playing following weekend. Through handing the writing to Martin Gore around the same time their music has carried them to legendary status. Just Cant Get Enough, Somebody. Blasphemous Rumours, Personal Jesus, Precious,, Cover Me etc etc etc. Heartfelt, Thought provoking, thankfully political ,but ultimately, genuine genius from a legendary band

It’s so cool when our teenage daughter (15) actively seeks out DM and listening to her acknowledgement that their music is far superior to any current content out now. So like any good dad would do, I’ve bought her a few DM vinyls to enjoy at her leisure.

Decades people. This music is timeless and perfect.
Depeche has helped me through rough parts of my life more times than I can count. Grateful to have been blessed with the fortune to have seen them playing live but I'm most grateful for them sharing their talent and raw & authentic emotions (from pain to glory) expressed through their inspiring music.
They've definitely been the soundtrack to so many of my experiences. I was young in the early 90s, but I still remember the first time I really felt something when listening to their music

I'm a 28 year old guy I didn't grew up with Depeche Mode. But someone recommended them on Reddit about two years ago. Now I'm such a big fan of them. Depeche Mode is a legendary band according to me. I didn't even liked dark music before them but there is something so unique about their dark sound that I couldn't help myself but listen to them on loop!!

One of the few constants in this ridiculous world you can go back to anytime, any place, and still get those same feelings rushing back just like the first time you heard each and every song. And maybe it's just me, but I have very clear memories of the first time I heard every single one of their songs. Right from Policy Of Truth as a kid about 5 or 6 years old in the car with my dad (he was a fan as well), to this song (I Feel You) at around 26 years old at my first waitressing job which happened to be at a strip club lol and one of the girls danced to it in her set.

Got a chance to see them in San Antonio, Texas this past year. Took 3 days off from work, and drove 360 miles. Took my girl, some friends and invited my 2 sis' along as well, who had no idea they were touring.
I wasn't gonna miss a chance to finally see these legends, especially knowing they are more than likely at the end of their musical careers.
One of the best memories I will ever fucking have, was seeing Depeche Mode!
