Does anyone know if you need a good credit for the car acquisition process?
The shortcut is contract law,, affidavits, notarized, certified stamp of seal dated n sign , agreement acceptance ,, or else no loop holes nor remedies , that's to much work
Having a difficult time removing charge off/ closed account sent several registered notarized mail. They are ignoring the law itself. They know late payment and utilization is illegal, they still ignore my disputes. Help! Maybe I'm not stating something correct in my letters I guess?

1. Make sure your current address is up to date. Remove ALL old addresses from your CR.
2. Call Court where BR was filed. Get a get formal letter or statement that DO NOT report any private consumer information.
3. File your dispute with the CRA and attach a copy of letter from court. They must report Verified and Accurate information.
4. Sue them for violations as you did not give anyone consent or written permission to report ANY of information on you as a Federally Protected Consumer.

ok so maybe I'm missing something when I read 15 USC 1681-2 under exclusions just above exclusions there states (C)any other purpose authorized under section 1681b of this title. And when I click on 1681b is states (A)intends to use the information in connection with a "credit transaction" involving the consumer on whom the information is to be furnished and involving the extension of credit to, or review or collection of an account of, the consumer. I'm sorry but according to that section that tells me late payments are legal. Not sure how he is saying late payments are illegal because under 1681b (a) they are legal. So, what am I missing? its right there in black and white.
Information above exclusion is not in the exclusion! Read what is after the exclusion! That’s what is excluded!

I had an EVICTION, JUDGEMENT and quite a number of other negative items on my report with a low 400's CREDIT SCORE. These prevented me from getting a mortgage until I starting looking for help. After he finished working on my REPORT in just 7 days, my CREDIT SCORE increased to 780, all the negative items on my REPORT were deleted permanently and he added good trade-lines to boost my credit mix (Mortgage tradelines, Installment tradelines, Revolving credit cards and Auto tradelines) on my report, I got the mortgage and that was phenomenal! *UNIVERSALCREDITSOLUTIONS🎡TECH*
