Question? When you delete the account from your profile are you no long obligated to pay it. Someone told me I can remove my student loans from my profile but I would still have to pay it back.
One thing they can not take from us is KNOWLEDGE 📚🧠

I appreciate the material. I always get confused when you mention not to call them credit bureau. But in your Do For Self page 5 of 43 you say “The three-digit score attributed to you by a credit bureau is a numerical representation that indicates how risky a borrower you are from a lender’s perspective”

The only thing I need help with is removing business inquiries from my personal credit when I apply for business products? I’ve already got three removed in two days. I just call in to Experian ask for Fraud department and address them about unauthorized inquiries not tied to an account. Less than 3-hour later they erase the inquiries.

59:50 This is true. When you accept a line of credit, you do receive a "disclosure" called terms and conditions as well as a privacy notice which is tied to that L.O.C. contract. Before you are giving this line of credit, you must acknowledged that you've read them and check the "accept" box. After you hit accept, that contract is indeed "by law" binding your acceptance of the line of credit to the sharing of repayment behavior. The contract is binding whether it be your signature with a pen , an e-signature, your digital signature from an ip address, geo-tracking through background apps, or the metadata of your unique cellphone id as it's using a cell tower. This tactic may have worked in the 90's, but now?

You also have the ability to cancel or rescind

@Daraine Delevante Sent the utilization letter as directed, it did not work. The Office of the President as Synchrony just stated that they are accurately reporting my utilization . . . Any suggestions on a follow up response?
Any update on this? Am in need of how to reduce utilization?

Great work........If a account is closed and Charged off , Shouldn't the utilization be 0%........? Sue em..........!!! Inaccurate , misleading and injury to my report.....maybe....???

How to know when to notarize letters and which ones you don’t or does it matter?

Just trying to figure out when to delete or just challenge to remove late payments on closed and transferred to another lender accounts? Does closed accounts in last 24 months have a heavier weight the those over 3 years + years history… One closed within last 8 months 1 late payments the other 3 late payments. Thanks for responding I really appreciate and value your time and work!

I just got a medical bill from a collection company that I disputed 2 years ago and it was taken off. I’m kinda scared to call them because it might open up the statue of limitations and be put on my credit report.
