    The US Government gave us the remedies in 1970: 15 U.S. Code Chapter 41 - CONSUMER CREDIT PROTECTION Act. This came conviently prior to August 15, 1971 when Nixon removed the Gold standard, leaving only "credit" available for use as currency.

    Actually, it starts with us finding videos like this. For years, I read online and never knew this. Just never occurred to delve into Consumer law. I paid a lawyer twice to know this!! I did more research than I care to and just seeing this now. You guys are great!

      @@brandonwells1307 First one should have and not have let me foreclose. Now they have to go to court for the sale and why I filed for bankruptcy. One lawyer twice, and one bankruptcy twice. The first b. I get a letter about a class action and still paid b paid as I should, then the Servicer didn't cash the cks. after a while, so the court dismissed. Time went by and Ser started again, so we got the next b ready. Ser stalled a number of times and then just last week offered a ridiculous offer before I even finished mod for the fourth time in many years (Class A has something tied to that). I haven't even paid b the first payment yet. I reamed my attorney out on why he didn't appeal the b dismissing the first time. I sent them your vid. I am sooo tired. They are getting paid to do it. Let them watch. I work 12 hr days and spent years reading, and even the first att should have known what you said. I reamed them out too. I did forward my b att your vid. Hope they watch. We are getting Nesara any day. I am holding on to that too. The Class A said I was still in good standing. It may be the White Hats in charge of that. 14 years is a long time but God has been good.

Then again, they are apart of a "fraternity" they pledge allegiance to. They can never properly represent us a Natural Living breathing Persons.     The banks are using your signature and cashing in on that to get money from the federal reserve to use and leave you holding the bag. You receive the Addendum to your note in your copy of your mortgage docs, it needs to be endorsed. It is left blank for you to remedy the debt..

      Hi. Do you know what the remedy is if we were already foreclosed upon? We had a lawsuit against the banks, did the recission, did a bankruptcy for them to show the note and nothing. We fought for 2 plus years they finally sent 20 police officers to remove us from our family home.

    I use a affadavid of all debts are prepaid signed by court official. I use the reco act of 1970 and desara Gesara acts. This includes racketeering, etc. I use statue 817.35 which says attemp to file fraudulent papers to defund someone of personal property. I would place a lien against the bank surety bond.

      ​@@marioel1428 There is a website. You type in the bond # and the account number and info you put a lien on the bond. They can't sell the property or the bond with a lien on it. Often, they will relinquish the property. I have seen this happen with car notes. It's like a checkmate.

      ​@@Titanicman by the Treasury. Per HJR 192. If you want to know more go to 31 CFR 328.6 ( Treasury rules of endorsement ) it's how the Treasury requires the instrament/s ( bills ) endorsed for discharge. Do exactly what it says and send the document back certified mail to the company that send it you. You might want to send it to the conditional payments division if applicable. If they do not accept it then it's automatically discharged according to the law. If they keep giving you flack send them a legalese letter with a caveat in it. Give them 10 business days to respond. List all the laws they broke and the fines that go along with those laws. Ask for a remedy ( up to 1 mil according to the laws and fines ) then if they do not respond take it to the court clerk and ask for a motion of default. Do you research on this. Mail everything certified mail. Both envolope and instrument. Take pictures. You have proof they never responded.

    You can go online, your State County Records, log in, click on your county, type in your last an first name, check search all documents.
    Not to many people know, in the search, type in your banks name and search.

Court is for Contraversy. What I teach is a non judicial process. That can't take you to court without jurisdiction. If you are arguing terms and conditions of a contract then you give the jurisdiction. If you simply retract your contract then there's No Contract for contraversy. 👀🙏🏿

      But as he stated the contract has to have two signatures in order for it to be lawful! If there isn't then it negates the paperwork signed!

    Since it's a refinance, and they didn't hand us the funds at closing, the funds are deposited in an account at a credit union Bank. After 5 years with no activity from that account, the Bank files IRS form 1099 A, a claim of abandoned property.

    There's no law that says you have to record your deed with the county. There's 2 issues with this. One, that's how they get jurisdiction for property taxes. Secondly, scammers are creating a fake deed with with your signature from the online info at the county from your deed. The county dont check this. They think you sold or transferred your property to the scammers. They call the sheriff to kick you out and you dont know wtf happened.

      Again blessed to find you all helping me and I really need some hope/encouragement these days. I have shamed my family and I have been relentlessly bullied online and I just didn’t figure anyone would even think to help me…I’m so happy you believed enough in me and what I was trying to tell everyone because there’s some serious corruption and injustices being done in broad daylight but even the police won’t help. It’s scary enough that I have a little more than two weeks to be out of my apartment and I can’t get anyone to rent to me. I’m a strong woman though and I’ll live in my car if I have to and sue them for that too. 😒❤️❤️Go me!

      You won't find one because you're focused on the wrong aspect of the transaction. Maybe this will help... Banks are in the business of buying "consumer commercial paper" known as negoable instruments in exchange for "Credit"(Numbers in a computer) ....These banks take in these negotiable Instruments(which is called Consideration) as "Value" upon their books(financial accounting records know as T- ledgers) as ASSETS....They call these ASSET BACKED SECURITIES(ABS)... So that means the consumer provides value to the bank which make the consumer the actual Creditor because without the consumer the bank can't create anything from nothing. Only God can create something from nothing. May this bring you and anyone else that reads it better clarity. 🙏🏿

      Confession of Judgment; Power of Attorney
      A lender may not take a confession of judgment or a power of attorney authorizing the lender or a third person to confess judgment or to appear for a borrower in a judicial proceeding.

      In a nutshell, I just used the administrative processes and invoked my rights based on the documents that I owned and/or created, Warranty Deed, Deed of Trust, and the Not. Study these documents. Overstand your power in these documents.

      Peace & Prosperity! My phone rung and volume was lost. I was explaining that the Grantor is the most powerful position in your Deed of Trust. The I was expressing the responsibility of the Trustee..The law does not define Secured Party Creditor(SPC) it does define a Secured Party(SP). There's 2 faces to America, Public & Private and they can never mix. If you are public you use consumer credit protection laws if you are Private, then what's understood doesn't need to be disclosed. 🙏🏿

High school grad is as far as I got in school so law books are a little intimidating and I won't know all the words. All I know now is that I am the consumer....where do I start to figure out what that means?

      @@_stndstrng_ hey!!! So the deed of trust and warranty deed are two separate documents?? I went to the county land records and asked for my warranty deed…they gave me what’s called the deed of trust and yep…it has me listed as the grantor and some random person I don’t know as the trustee and MERS as the beneficiary.     My Sister has a balloon payment due on Monday on a 2nd mortgage that has still has the original principal balance due after 15 years of payments. This mortgage was sold to another lender informing her that her mortgage had been sold to a new lender. What can she do about it?

      They sold the debt and therefore created what the law calls a "third-party interloper" into the contract, who your sister never entered into any agreement with, nor was she fully informed (IAW Consumer Protection Laws), whereby the prerequisites of establishing any legally binding agreement requires "informed consent", - just like in a hospital, where you MUST be made aware by the surgeon of all aspects of risk when you give your consent to permit them to operate, or you invoke your rights "against medical advice", to refuse treatment. In the case of her entering into a legal matter, the full faith and credit fiduciary responsibilities - of the "lenders/banks/credit unions" - requires them to be 100% transparent, in their duties to fully disclose EVERY aspect of the negotiations (to include the offer/and your ability to accept the terms), after they've made a full disclosure notification to (your sister), or the competent person(s) willing to enter into the original loan agreement. As mentioned in the video, each contract requires a two-party agreement, of all the terms, which ALSO requires a WET-INK SIGNATURE - from both parties. If they violate ANY of the terms - by failing to uphold their fiduciary responsibilities, - throughout the life of the original contract - then, they've essentially acted in a fraudulent manner, and have violated one side of the contract. This renders the contract null and void, (from the beginning), and - as a remedy - you can demand satisfaction - through a federal court petition - to seek compensatory relief in the form of canceling the contract, and retaining possession of the asset (the house, condo, or structure), which was specified as the collateral in the contractual agreement.

So, immediately file a response, with a demand to seek further information on the validation of the original debt. THEN, file for injunctive relief to prevent any type of foreclosure, and notify all of the credit bureaus of your intentions to seek justice, and a favorable judgment, in order to expose the fraud, and expunge the debt obligation against your sister's good standing of credit worthiness.

      There is a huge difference between money and currency. Currency is usually bound by location, where money is accepted anywhere in the world.
      If you live in somewhere like the UK, EU, Canada, US, Australia ect, and try and go into your local corner shop with a handful of peso's, and see how accepted it is. On the other point, walk into that same shop with gold and see if they'll still refuse you. When you have a look at money in pretty much every piece of legislation, you'll find that it's always the same .. Gold, Silver, ect and other precious metals.

    All of this may be true, but the judges side with the banks no matter what. Tarrant county would not let me acknowledge my warranty deed. Refused to let me file it. I have affidavit proving they do not own my loan , but judge doesn’t care.. I think the remedy will be in the private side , can’t beat them in court.

      Yes, I’m not surprised. Things vary from county to county due to the people working there. I have one I was doing in a different county and they tried to stop the property owner from doing the same but I prepared him to know the statute for Texas and stand his ground without getting mad or demanding. Just ask for supervisor. Then if that does ask for deputy clerk and then point out the statute. If that doesn’t work, sounds like a lawsuit. They are public servants and they must do what we say in accordance with statute. Check out property code section Duty of Recorder Peace & Prosperity!

      I think that is the nail on the head as to what our true obstacle is and that is corruption in the court system. I know it personally when guardianship was filed for my grandpa by an attorney that tried to override spouse, POA son, and other family members. Long story, but it took a threat to the attorney as year later that did not submit the doctor document to close the case. We thought it was closed....... didn't know it was open until the sale of their house was held up when going to close finding out they could not close with an open case still out there! That document that scrupulous attorney was Instructed by the (enemy) to get and not our family to get. Right them and there I wanted to jump up and say "Why would he get it, he's the one trying to take my grandpa over ALL our family!" And just as I went to say something after things were ruled on that I went right over to the attorney my mom and I hired and I didn't even have to say to him..,.he knew by my face. Nice person I think, but I think he was tied down some way and that's when I began to really understand that there was corruption. A year later! We find out and it was concerning property really, not my grandpa's well-being. Now I don't know what my mom said.that not that attorney to submit to get it closed, but he did. My mom is pretty smart, she probably threatened to go to the news or something. It was a magistrate that handled that hearing and so
      LONG STORY SHORT...
      .. CORRUPTION
      The LAW and RIGHTS
      are being IGNORED and not upheld in the courts here. That is OUR Added obstacle and
      ANY ADVICE ON HOW TO TAKE ACTION IN A DIFFERENT COURT, can it be done????

I was just sharing to illustrate how all this information may be ignored by the justice system unless you really find ways to document every single interaction, which I'm trying to tell my friend to be careful. I'm good, but corruption here still exists for future people to contend with. I think discussion on how to deal with corruption would be a good and needed I think.🤔

      @@brwnsugebabe National Bank Act: A bank cannot hold a mortgage for more than 5 years, they cannot lend money cause it is not theirs it's the depositors, they cannot lend their credit either it's against the law.
      It's in Section 27, 28, 53.

Read case laws Judgements and of course get lost in rabbit holes on RUclips lol 🙃 Cornell Law School is easy to access for a law resource. Start with 15 USC Chapter 41. Go over all 7 Subchapters. LOOK UP EVERY WORD THEN STUDY SOME MORE💪🏿

      I was wondering this myself just to understand the potential other side of things. I mean where is integrity in place for an honest deal? In other words if I say I owe $67 and agree to pay that, my word was lone convicts my own personal value...BUT if it switches a banks and tacks on that I owe more or if I paid it off but they claim I didn't then a lol l bets are off with my personal value I'm going to fight it. But you see? That's me inserting my personal value initially but that's not how everyone is and they could hurt an honest seller. You know what I mean?     I am in Detroit. And my parents had an equity loan on their house that I have been paying on for 9 years. My name is on the deed. But not on the account. The mature date passesd. And they both passed in the last 2 years. So they sent it to foreclosure even while I was paying the note. So I put a 750,00.00 lein on it. And they can't sell it because in the auction because of the lien. And it's not worth what my parents owe on the loan. And they turned the water off after it didn't sell in the auction. 🤬

    I'm in Indonesia and I've been fraudulently taken advantage of just like most of you guys have. If we can start a class-action against all of the big banks and small banks that do this too, all at the same time, with all of our cases, they'd have to re-design their whole system. That's why they won't go for that, probably, but they won't have a choice now will they? I already see myself ordering law books to be shipped to this Country...so ungodly expensive...maybe I can get a credit card to process that, then do the 1099-C on it.

      You're better off learning the law, figure out exactly what fraud they did, and then go for remedy. With class action only the shysters make out like bandits.
