FYI the car company or manufacturer pay for each car to have a full tank of gas. So if they ever tell you they can't or make you think they are doing you a favor they are lying. It's already paid for.

The “finance agreement” is a promissory note which is a cash equivalent (a credit instrument to be exact). That’s the “money” or value you exchange, the note for the title. Bills of “Exchange”. That’s what P. Law 73-10 is about, equal exchange. Congrats.

The underwriter used his application as a security and used his Purchase Agreement as a bond. These two pieces of paper being referred to as commercial paper by the bank will be more valuable than the car and his payments in the long run. More than 10 million dollars for certain after being traded on the secondary market aka the stock exchange. The laws he told them only made them listen more closely, which may be how he was able to be transferred to the underwriter. When he got to the underwriter she decided to accept the contracts as the funds for the car. She didn't tell him this, I guess, because he didn't mention it. They are banking instruments that were monetized by the finance company
FYI You all are entitled to a Truth In Lending document even if you’re not purchasing from that particular dealership. You have the right to shop for comparable rates for a car purchase with that document.

I just saw some graph type thing... and my credit score... they kept the form that had the POA and I crossed that part off...I reported to the atty general but they didn't seem like they work for the people individually... they sent me some dmv complaint form.. tsk! losers.. Most celebrities do not own their vehicle it is on a dealership to advertise for recognition they normally are given a demo vehicle to drive for 3 months at a time so when they go to resell it the dealership can say it was on by whomever the celebrity was so therefore it brings a lot more money and when a celebrity steps out about Cadillac and you really love that individual the next day you're going to be driving the same thing he or she is

It's all in the birth certificate ... it's a security certificate. Look up the definition of a security certificate in UCC Sec 8. Regarding making changes to the information on the certificate [i.e. your name], look up 5 U.S.C. Sec. 552a. WE'RE NOT SUPPOSED TO PAY FOR SHIT. YOU ARE THE ORIGINAL CREDITOR!

IT WORKS!!!!!! I'd like to see an update since it's been 2 years. I was able to do the same thing. I got my dream car, no money down, no credit, no tax return. They kept pushing back the payments for about 6 months.... then they came and REPO'D MY SHIT WITH THE QUICKNESS!

NOT THE DECIDING FACTOR! Thank you Dukes so much for saying that! They're basically telling the applicant all these bullshit reasons for denying credit lines and financing when in reality, they physically can't deny you access to your own tax credit-your private exemption as the principal. So you can basically keep saying to them over and over again: "That statement you just made is false and misleading information regarding the actual reason for this denial under 15 USC 1611" until they say yes. They are not lending you their own assets, they are only ever a servicing company, so the alleged inability to repay them their own assets is a false basis for a denial of credit which is unlawful for any application. "May be a factor, though not the deciding factor." Going to need to remember that.

@@v8zcar I wouldn't think that nationality would affect this kind of credit decision. I recently had a situation exactly like this where I applied for a visa signature credit card through Bank of America, and at first, they denied the application. Then I filed a CFPB complaint against the bank for unlawfully denying my credit card application for false non-decisive factors, and one of their resolution specialists contacted me via email, so I called her and explained that what I wanted was for them to manually approve the application and send me the new card in the mail. And that was exactly what they did the next day, and it was a $6,700 credit line. So the trick to this challenge is to simply explain to the bank why every little reason they give in their denial letter is an unlawful basis to deny the credit line application.

He then went to invade my personal space then call the cops on me after denying me application & extension of my credit. I filed a AG complaint , civil lawsuit , discrimination claim , & cfpb.

When I applied for credit they given me $500 I was like WTF? Then I said nah! I can not deal with this at all a few month go by & applied for $1,500 my credit is around 790 & so got approved for it & used a couple times big purchase & paid it off so few months go by & out of nowhere. I get a letter in the mail saying we have up your credit to $5,000 and I was oh,shit! thats cool!

@@happydream9268 Well, I got an AR-15 that was $700.00 I saved 3 months' worth. This is what I did in those 3 months. I just put it back for 3 months. I went & got the AR-15 on the second month & charged it. I had $500 saved up so in the 3rd month I had the entire $700. I paid it off with no interest even if I did my interest is only 8.99 percent...yeah, I know wow! Right!? I believe that did it I charged big but next month paid it off!

they not only owe him the 16k but they owe him all the proceeds from the sale of the paper. he's the holder in due course. who you refer to as the DEALER is the thief? let me give it to you like this....tell them, after reviewing the documents furnished my consumer in his transaction for personal use, it's come to our attention that they are intentionally deceptive and misrepresentation of material fact. the docs appear to be hypothecation agreements for your benefit and to the detriment of our consumer. This consumer neither abandoned, gifted, nor pledged our assets for your benefit and demand and closure and zero balancing of our account along with a check for the debt and interest held in escrow in our favor as entitlement holder......hope that helps
@@romey-black8536 Can I use similar verbiage to get my down payment back and all payments paid since the car was paid off when I refinanced through a credit union. After reviewing my contract from dealership they are all kinds of violations. I'm wanting to get the original contract rescinded with hopes to get all monies back to pay off the credit union. Or just keep and put the credit union on notice too. Since all debts are prepaid.
We should all be getting these contracts, bonds, loans that we make back. There's no money, this is commercial feudalism and slavery by so-called government under admiralty/maritime law. Everyone and everything is considered property of the master aka the Vatican.

The last 3 cars I've bought I got for little to nothing and one right off the show room floor and the last one I got with no job, no income verification, crazy low interest and what I was upside down on they even wrote that off it's CRAZY and very much possible

so what do you do if you already financial a car and then find out later about this law? I got my car in Jan 2020. and I just learned about consumer laws beginning of Nov 2021. do I go to the car lender (to who I make my car payments too) or back to the car dealership? because this is fraud. and also they didn't tell me about
