@Anthony?.. What does CREDIT mean? Credit means GRANT! But, you must tell the auto dealer exactly what you want. "I want to apply for a Consumer CREDIT GRANT to Finance the Purchase on an Automobile. Once you have established exactly, and clearly the transaction, there is no need to run a credit check. I'm not apply for MORTGAGE/REFINANCE/LEASE/COMMERCIAL LOAN! I want the Promissory Note/Check, pre-payment, 0 down, and NO easy monthly Payments. If you ask for a LOAN, you're asking for a commercial loan, for tax purposes. Gotta get the sources and study them your self. This sounds legit and a lot of salesmen are not familiar compared to the finance manager or even Accountant. If the dealership isn’t familiar, keep dealership hopping until they do.
I looked it up as they were reading it so I can understand the breakdown. Knowledge is power, I guess that’s why I’m hearing rumors of why you can get all your money back from a current vehicle you may have and still get to keep your vehicle as well. Need to find the paperwork for that.
Never ever pay document fees to a car dealership, if you do, you are giving them a gratuity. It's not mandated by law, its a voluntary act. Absolutely correct, the insurance covers the dealership against default. That means if the obligor defaults on the debt the dealer cashes in on the guarantee and is made whole, then they repossess the car and make additional $$$ on the resale. If the dealer sells the car for more than you owe, they have to give you the overage.
When i purchased my car i paid 1500 down with a trade in, then co-signed for my daughters car, a week ago her car was repo and my car is in repo status. Then i found out my daughter was a co signer on my car, when i left the dealership with my car i didn't have a contract i had to stop paying my monthly payment to get my contract and find out who i was paying,. i'm ready to Sue now because both cars are paid off. We had those cars since 2017 come to find out the finance company has been sued. Now it's on my Credit. I need to Sue!!
Any idea how to get around the you you can return the car withing 30 days i argued an hour and a half on the phone that all my charges gap insurance and everything was supposed to be part of the finance charge and they kept telling me no its part of the finance amount they pretty much made me trade in my car for 8400 to get the car and tacked on fees and took taxes gap insurance and other fees out of my trade in price pretty much taking my whole trade in amount
Let me understand this, the debt is in the finance charges of the car which can be financed up to 6 years at 7-12% interest. So how do you come out a winner?

So if I’m understanding correctly. The Finance Charge is the total amount you should pay on the contract? The companies then put a box for amount financed, total of payments, total sale price which then is usually a lot higher. So regardless, the amount you should pay for the full contract to be paid in full would be the finance charge correct? Thank you
I'm a little confused because you can still get a car with 0 down payment without even using this law. They can't make you put a down payment down. The car isn't free when you do as he says on this video, you do leave the lot with the car after the process of using 15 ysc 1605 and also using 15 usc 1611.But when you use 15 usc 1635 is when you get the cat for free.the payments become void and they have 20 days to come and get the car and return the money of the transaction, because there was no money in the transaction cuz you never came out of pocket they won't go get the car cuz they don't wanna give you free money so they'll give you the property
@Anthony?.. What does CREDIT mean? Credit means GRANT! But, you must tell the auto dealer exactly what you want. "I want to apply for a Consumer CREDIT GRANT to Finance the Purchase on an Automobile. I want the Promissory Note/Check, pre-payment, 0 down, and NO easy monthly Payments.
If you ask for a LOAN, you're asking for a commercial loan, for tax purposes. It's the exact same way on a Home. .. Let me ask you a question? Can you sign the Mortgage contract first, then the Promissory Note?..
I'd like to see someone at a closing and say, "let's start with the Mortgage contract first, then I'll sign the check"
That would expose the fraud. The ONE VERY IMPORTANT DOCUMENT nobody talks about that will stop every single foreclosure and automobile repo's.. "Satisfaction of Mortgage document! That my friend, is your RECEIPT the second you sign that Promissory Note. The Banks INDEX the roll # and .. I forgot the other word, the index this # on the mortgage contract, hidden from eyes, for 30 years or whenever the last REPAYMENT is done. Is unbelievable NOT ONE, NOT ONE person has ever read that document. .. LOL.. and if the did, wouldn't believe what they just read anyway. .. I'm not kidding.. I've pulled dozens of copies of Satisfaction of Mortgage document from online recording of records and showed friends and family, and all's I can say is, I'm surprised they don't run thru STOP signs. They don't believe everything they read!
I've been to 2 dealers already and the first didn't even wanna run my aunts credit when i said these things and called the cops, the other one said they don't have to sell us a car cuz I was approved and the bank stated they didn't want a down payment the dealer did and said we said they were committing fraud.lol.I'm nor discouraged and will continue to try,but credit matters, and the process they talking about doing ain't working without extra things they keeping out.

Great video 👍🏾👍🏾
And then they come back 15yrs later for the complete payment and garnish your wages..😫😫😫

Let me understand this, the debt is in the finance charges of the car which can be financed up to 6 years at 7-12% interest. So how do you come out a winner?
