I just got burnt so badly about a week ago and I have been stressing and looking at every organization (gov’t office ) trying to find out how to get vindicated. It's like the Universe sent you (as my guiding light/angel) right to me when I was at the end of my rope. Qualifying statement: I am a disabled veteran and in my case there's a level of abuse and I was in emotional distress until I saw this video. I am going to watch it and rewatch it until I have it down cause these mfs are not getting away with it. The vehicle was advertised at $24,000they jacked it up to $29,000 and the end result will be almost $50,000 and I didn't even want it!

Thank you so much for the info. So I used to work for a dealership (Patterson Kia) and was in desperate need because my car was crap and bad credit. While I was in the middle of selling a car, they made me sign something new and told me it was really time sensitive, my payment went up, and I was never given my "new contract". Should I go off my original contract when I send stuff in or obtain the new one first. Thank you once again. You are appreciated. Says any change to this contract must be in writing, I believe they only had me sign one time for "new contract".

I have a question regarding this - does it still work if the car and contract is in my husband's name, who recently passed away? He bought a car one month before he passed, and he passed three months ago. He was only 35 :( Well I had to pay for his services out of pocket so I'm hoping to figure this out to help recover some of that. I am in Texas where I automatically inherit his debts and assets... so probate wouldn't be needed... I just need to figure out if I can do this process for a car that isn't mine. Hello so I did look it up and as per CPLR 105f the term consumer credit transaction means a transaction where credit is extended to an individual and the money, property or service which is the subject the transaction is primarily for personal etc , does this mean that a law was still broken when $35,000 wasn’t given to me in money form but in property form (car) ?

Just wondering if there is something I can do about my car I purchased in 12/2020. (1) I paid cash $8100 at dealership for 2013 (2) Been having major mechanical issues started around day 72. I found out too late that I could have gotten a new engine if dealer / service techs would have completed an " oil consumption test" before 150,000 miles. I was informed when my miles were around 160,000.

So if i rescind my car loan. I’m rescinding the “secruity interest” from them and i unwillingly signed it over w/out their disclosure so that would make the “contract” null and voided ? But rescinding in my state, Cali, they give the seller 10 days to recouped what was sold ? Is that the car or the “contract/instrument” ?
And am i only sending it to the car dealership ? Or to the creditor as well too ?

I would suggest you get the documents so you start the process.
Get a rescission letter, cease & desist letter and breach of contract. Send that to the C.F.O, the car dealership & to your lender.

My finance charge says 8,067.71 and I put down 4,500 I did not know the car was 43,890 for a ford fusion I def feel scammed. Amount financed 31k it says my total payment will be 39k but the total sale price is 43k so confused
