Please tell me when you send rescission notification and they do nothing. What can you do?

If you’ve already sent a rescission notification and haven’t received any response, your next step might be to follow up, preferably with some kind of proof that they received it (like certified mail or email receipt). If they continue to ignore, it’s a good idea to consult with a legal professional who can guide you through your rights and options.

But wouldn’t that be base on ppl credit. Because that’s what the dealer gonna say. Prime example. Damn dealer just told me I need a 15k down payment on a 50k car.meaning I was only approved for 35k . But show didn’t say hey it’s a vehicle for 35k u can get smh 🤦🏾♂️
